"SCAM - BEWARE. I placed an order for a variety of items - all listed as in stock when I placed the order. I didnt get an email order confirmation like I do when I order from any other online vendor, but I had printed the online order summary when I placed the order, so I had some info. A week went buy and I had not gotten any order confirmation, no shipping info and of course, no delivery of what I purchased. I sent an email to the company - to the email address given for order status, asking the status of my order. Within 5 minutes I received confirmation that my email was read (I requested a read receipt), but they never answered my email. Waited another week and still no reply and no shipment, then filed a paypal dispute. Paypal tried for 10 days to contact vitamins.org and after 10 more days of no response from the seller, paypal turned the dispute into a claim and PayPal refunded my money. Even after the dispute, claim and refund, I never once heard from the seller nor received any reason why my order never arrived or why I never received an order confirmation or return email to my order status request. The big problem is that this company charges your credit card the moment the order is placed, not when its shipped so my bank account was debited when I placed the order, but I never received anything! Thank you PayPal for refunding me my money. Others BEWARE of buying from a company that charges you immediately, never communicates with you and never ships the order."

"I have purchased products from Vitamins.org several times. The last two orders were slow on delivery. The last excuse was a change in warehousing. I don't like the fact that Vitamins.org charges your credit card BEFORE shipping. There are too many good companies online that provide fast, quality service. Amazon is one.... I don't think I will be doing business with Vitamins.org in the future."

"I started purchasing all my vitamins from vitamins.org a few months ago. So far, I have had no troubles. They have every type of vitamin you can think of and more, plus their prices are unbeatable. They also offer free shipping on orders over $49, which I take advantage of every time I order. I love the baby products they carry as well, I've never seen them in any of the stores in my area. I'll be purchasing more baby products from vitamins.org soon. Would highly recommend!

"It was my first purchase from Vitamins.org, I was very happy with my first purchase. Great customer service! Very friendly and great sense of humor. Good quality, and same day service. The order arrived in one piece, in a timely manner, and the quality of the vitamins are excellence. I want to recommend vitamins.org to everybody."

"Too bad there isn't an option for ZERO stars because Vitamins.org is TERRIBLE. I placed an order in late November 2012, and was told that part of my order was not available. At least another month passed by and the other part of my order had not arrived so I emailed them. They kept pushing the date back until I finally got fed up with them.

It's clear that these folks are reluctant about passing on what appear to be too good to be true prices to their customers. They obviously had no intention of delivering on their so-called bargains--or they had the goods in the first place.

Don't waste your time with them.

"Waited weeks for my order that never came although it showed as shipped. Initial inquiries about my order weren't answered. Finally found out my order was refunded and cancelled. Received NOTHING from them saying my order was cancelled. Rather than placing an order elsewhere, I was waiting for this order."

"My doctor recommended some vitamins and supplements for me that are not too easy to find. The prices and selection at vitamins.org are excellent. They had the supplements that I needed and the prices were better then local health stores. I took advantage of the free shipping with my order, which came quickly and was well packaged. "

"I have to give a thumbs up to the folks over at Vitamins.org. I just started using supplements for weight-loss but found they were way to pricey at stores like GMC. I even went to Amazon.com to try to save a few bucks but didn't notice much of a difference. After reviewing some reputable forums, I was directed to the Vitamins.org website. I was very impressed with how everything was laid out, but more importantly how affordable the supplements are! I saved at least $10 going to Vitamins.org instead of GMC or any other vitamin retailer. I highly recommend this site to anyone that is looking to save some money on vitamins or supplements. It took less than a week to get my order in the mail, so I was very pleased!

"Normally I buy any vitamins or supplements I need at Amazon or, if I absolutely have to, at GNC (hate the prices at GNC). When Amazon didn't have what I needed this time, I took to Google to find another store where I could get it. Came across Vitamins.org, and haven't used anybody else since. They have an incredible selection, and their pricing is just below what I'm used to, so that's a real added bonus.

Contrary to what someone else on here said, I found their customer service to be top notch. Fortunately I haven't had any problems with lost or late shipments, but I contacted them once to ask about when an item would be in stock, and they said it would be about a week, but they would contact me directly when it came in. Lo and behold, four days later I got an email saying that they had the item. I can't say enough about Vitamins.org. "

"I've never been much for buying items like vitamins online but gave it a shot after the local store I usually buy from always seem to be out of exactly what I wanted. So I ended up on the Vitamins.org site and found the product I wanted and placed an order. The shipping charges were great and less than I thought they would be for what I ordered and it arrived fast. I've now ditched the local store and gone with them. Thumbs Up!"

"I received my order faster than I expected. Usually when I order items online it takes weeks to get them. I used to order my supplements off of Ebay and Amazon. I always had to wait 2 weeks or more for them. I found Vitamins.org and ordered a couple products that were cheaper than on Ebay or Amazon. As a test I ordered. I have to say I was super surprised and pleased with how fast I received my order, and I also have to say I'll be ordering from them exclusively from now on. This way I can shop for all my supplements in one place!"
