"Terrible customer service. They sent an invoice for my whole order, and only shipped half of it. It took a few hours navigating the telephone system to figure out that they had backordered half of it. No call, no email, nothing. Now I have been charged for the full order, and have no idea when it will get here. CS agents were short and rude. I will never do business here again, and will make sure none of my friends do either."
