"Awful company! I ordered items for $100, but never received one of them, which cost $10. Moreover, instead of taking them 3-7 business days to ship my order, they shipped it after 14 business days. I tried to contact customer service, but it turned out that the call center is outsourced in China, so I had to talk to people who barely understood English. Eventually they never reimbursed me for the $10 and never shipped one of my items."

Somebody is lying to me. I asked to speak to his manager. He said no one was available, but he could cancel my order after all. Then he stopped speaking on the phone but left the call connected. I could hear background noise of the office. I called again, was on hold for a long time, and then someone named Sebastian who sounded just like "Jeff". He said he was the supervisor. I insisted on speaking to his manager. But he used the same rude words and tone "how many times do I have to tell you", then he finally hung up on me.You are the most unprofessional company I've dealt with this year. Cancel my order. To check on status, I called the number below 626-965-8399 and spoke to someone who spoke accented English and later identified himself as Jeff. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager, because he was rude to me. He told me no one was available, so I asked for voicemail. He put me on hold, and then hung up on me. I want to speak to a manager. I want to cancel my order. VitaCost, VitaNet and LuckyVitamin give much better service, and I'd rather spend my money there. Thanks, Customer"
"The website said my item was "in stock" when I ordered. 3 days later they cancelled my order and never notified me. I had to call them to be told the order was cancelled by them. And they have not refunded my credit card. Now I have to call my credit card to get the charge removed. "

"If I could give zero star, I will. I order about 15 bottles of Fucoidan this summer before I headed home. My aunt had cancer and I always bought Fucoidan from other company and brought it home with me. his summer, I decided to give VitaDigest a try and ordered 15 bottles($23.5 each). When I received the package, I found out that they mixed and hided some other products in the 15 bottles I'd ordered. The other products they put in were 2 bottles of Hyal-Joint ($13.08 each), and 5 bottles of Ultra Cordyceps Plus (10.28 each). I was really upset because I was heading to go back to my country(Taiwan) and did not have time to reorder it and deal with the problem. I called them and first they seemed helpful. They advised me to send the wrong products back and they will send the replacement to me. Well, it is November now and I still didn't hear from anybody since April 7th. I'd emailed them and wrote a letter to them. They just simply ignored me completely. I finally decided not to be too upset over few hundred dollars. I thought they wouldn't do disgusting and dishonor thing like that since they were big company like other companies I ordered from before. I was DEAD WRONG. Hope karma will give this company what they deserve. Will NEVER buy from them again. BUYERS BE AWARE"
"Once again a website says the item is in stock so I order in good faith. They send me a UPS tracking # that indicates the label has been created but the package doesn't ship. When I call to see why I'm told the item is back ordered and they're not sure when it will restock. Vitadigest will never get my $$ again! "
"On 10/2/2012, I ordered supplements from VitaDigest using the internet. My order number was #621641. My credit card was charged the very next day.However, they did not ship my order until I had to write an email to them one week later, on 10/10/2012.On 10/15/2012, I received the shipment. However, upon opening the package and inspecting the contents, I found that one bottle of vitamins was missing from my order. I wrote to them asking for a refund on the missing bottle, but they never returned my email. I am in the process of filing a chargeback with my credit card company in an attempt to get my refund.UPDATE --- After contacting the BBB of Southland about this dispute, the VitaDigest eventually refunded my money for the missing bottle on 10/25/2012. Even though I ultimately received my refund, I would not recommend this company. It's true that sometimes, a company might not fulfill your order properly. But instead of immediately trying to remedy the situation, this company first asked me what the size of the shipping box was. It's a rather strange question to ask. Not only that, but the order took an inordinate amount of time to ship, and VitaDigest charged my card one week before even shipping anything. Bottom line is, although VitaDigest has good prices, the way they conduct business is not in line with the higher standards of other companies I have dealt with."
"DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! After a week since placing my order, I did not receive any shipping confirmation, so I emailed them. A day later they finally processed my order but failed to inform me that they cancelled an item from my order. Very unprofessional!"
"I ordered a product from Vita Digest but received a completely different product. It had a different name, and did not look anything like the photo on their website. They said that I had to return it on a way that was trackable and I had to pay the return shipping cost to get it back to them (after numerous phone conversations). The rep claimed that they would reimburse me for the return shipping cost since they had sent me the wrong item; and that I would receive the correct item from them. Then, no word, nothing, until I got my credit card statement with a miniscule reimbursement of a portion of the cost of the original item, which was ironically LESS THAN the cost to ship it back to them. When I called and finally got a manager she said it was not their fault because the item they sent me had the same SKU number as what I ordered. I pointed out that both the name of the product and the photo did not match what I ordered, but she said it’s the SKU number that determines whether it’s the same [not whether it really is...]. I challenged the remainder of what I paid through the credit card company. It’s still in dispute management. I am just stuck with the cost of the return postage and the hassle. Never buy from Vita Digest."
"AVOID THIS COMPANY. In nutshell I ordered something May 31 and sd I'd receive on June 6th. June 5th I checked tracking and it sent me to some bogus page that sd ontime for delivery June 6th. HOWEVER, when I pulled up the official UPS tracking page and put in tracking number UPS hadent even picked package up from them yet. Spoke to two people who sd that should arrive on the 6th. Got absolutely nowhere with their customer service and or Supervisor. Now its the 10th--a Sunday when UPS doesnt even work and I'm seeing that I should receive it today. NEVER will I EVER use this company and will do my best to help anyone else not make this mistake."
"Ordered a product from them through the Newegg marketplace. They sent me a USPS tracking number and was able to track the package all the way across the country then the tracking stopped 30 miles from my house. I called them up and was told "sorry nothing we can due" and hung up on me. Right now the sale is in dispute with Newegg.I firmly believe after reading reviews that this scam company purposely sends out packages with no product in them to undeliverable addresses."
"So on March 1 I ordered a product. On March 2 I received an email saying that it was shipped and I would receive the product on March 7 and they gave me a UPS tracking number. I looked at my bank account and saw that VitaDigest also took the money out of my account(like i expected). Well today is March 7 and i decided to go to UPS.com and check on the tracking of my product and it said they havent received any products from Vitadigest. But how could that be since they told me it "shipped"? So I their costumer service three diferent times because they all kept telling me I should receive it today even though UPS doesnt have anything from them. Finally the last guy i talked to "Patrick" told me that they just got the product in today and will ship it out tonight or tomorrow and now I have to wait even longer and they refuse to pay for next day shipping. I did not receive any emails from them nor any phone calls to tell me this product was on back order. I dont like how they lied to me and said something was shipped when infact nothing was shipped at all. This is a horrible company and I will advise anybody away from this lieing/deceitful company. They have no ethics or morals...they just want your money. STAY AWAY."
"Hello,I hadn't used VitaDigest before, but I went ahead and ordered 9 bottles of d-phenylalanine through them on a Saturday and received the shipment in just 4 days in perfect condition. The supplement itself, d-phenylalanine by "Doctor's Best," was available for the lowest price through VitaDigest; it's usually a challenge to find this product, let alone to find it available for such a low price. The site also had a coupon and an extra product added in free for my shipment. I strongly recommend the site for anyone!10/10 for overall satisfaction. 10/10 for shipment speed, pricing, and product availability."
"I ordered a strippers pole for my wife for Christmas. The pole arrived on time but the guide book and the how to video were not enclosed although the shipping documents said they were.I called them at 10:45 AM PST on 1/6/12 and spoke with "Linda" who was having a problem with understanding me. She kept me on the phone for 25 minutes and at first insisted I had returned the pole. She then shifted gears and said she was going to call the manufacturer and would call me back before 5:00 PM PST. I waited until 1/11/12 and did not receive a call.On 1/11/12, I called again and spoke with "Ricky". He was polite but also said his records were marked that I had returned the pole. After correcting him, I again asked about the Guide and the DVD. He said he would speak with his manager and would call me back. About 20 minutes later he did call me back and said his manager told him the manufacturer was no longer enclosing the Guide book and the DVD. I asked him to ask why they continued to advertise it and would they try to locate the missing items or something similar and send them to me. Ricky said he would have to call me back again. That was at 2:35 PM on 1/11/12.Still no call as of 1/14/12.This was the first and last time I will deal with them."
"Ordered a bottle of perfume as a Christmas gift on 12/20/2011 with 2nd day air shipping, I realized that it would be cutting it close for X-mas but if it was a couple of days late I'm fine with that. But as of today 1/5/2012 I haven't heard anything about the order except for the purchase confirmation email and the charge to my bank account. I've tried calling both of thier numbers and can't even leave a message. If they are out of stock, or backed-up, or out of the office on a several week bender at the bars they should let me know that the product won't be arriving, its the least they could do, and is just basic customer service. I think what bothers me the most about the situation is not being able to contact the company in any way. I hope they make good and at least refund the steep 2nd day air shipping fee. If they do I will certainly update this review. Bottom line: I don't reccommend giving your money to these people. Update: they have said they will refund the 2nd day air charges and that I should recieve the product next week. "
