"It sure is past time that we give our review for their wonderful products! It's actually fun to create the business cards because there are so many choices for design. We cannot find better prices! We have been getting them for years for our missionary work. Also, we have ordered the greeting cards and magnetic calendars for our home business. These are all wonderful products that are shipped quickly. Thanks VistaPrint!"
"I have a small business and have been using Vistaprint for over a year now for various needs. My first few orders were for business cards, you simply CAN NOT beat their price for the quality. I have ordered many different products and the quanity has always been well above what I have expected. I have had a few minor problems and when I call the customer service department they send out a new shipment to replace the error free of charge, no questions asked, no returns to worry about.
Their shipping times are usually much faster than what they quote on their site so don't feel the need to upgrade your shipping time unless you really need your items in a hurry.
They will FILL your email box after an order with promotions, I get about 2 emails a day from them, but a lot of their free offers are great deals. Sometimes you may have to pay more to use your custom artwork and you will still have to pay shipping charges, but overall they are still a great deal.
Some ordering tips... Once you upload an image it will remail in your account history and you can use it again on other items which saves a lot of time.
Watch for discounts and promotions. They often run several promotions at the same time, make sure you are getting the best deal possible. You will get a lot of 25% off your next purchase coupons when you order, but you can usually find online discount codes for up to 40% off as well as free items, so research all the promotions before you complete your sale.
To take best advantage of their FREE items place several orders. They offer a lot of deals for a free t-shirt, free hats, free business cards etc. But it's only for 1 item. You can place multiple orders and still take advantage of the free items.
When checking out you will sometimes get offers to add more to your order at a discounted price. Say you are ordering 500 business cards, AFTER you submit your order while the page is processing you will be offered to add on additional cards at a lower price with additional shipping costs. Watch for these great offers too.
VISTAPRINT is a GREAT store and I will continue doing business with them for a long time, and I am usually a very difficult person to impress."
"I have always been very satisfied with every order I have placed with vistaprint, the quality is good on most things and great on others. Items tend to ship faster than quoted. I just placed another order that had over a $250 value for just under $40 with shipping! (That order had over a dozen different items)"
"Order total was slightly over $50, prices beat all local competitors, with savings over 50%. Received free shipping (arrived in one week from order) and many free products. Printing quality was very good, I really like the glossy finish on color prints! Would recommend to a friend and will order from them again. Note: be sure not to sign up for VistaPrint Rewards (will be asked directly after order is completed) as this is what causes the monthly charge, you can also cancel immediately if you accidently sign up. "
"I have ordered numerous business items from Vistaprint and I'm very satisfied with their overall quality. Shipping is somewhat pricey, however, it usually ships earlier than the estimated shipping time. Customer service was friendly and helpful. It's certainly a good deal for small business owners like myself :)"
"I love VistaPrint. I can get up to 10 free things at a time with very low shipping. I can get nearly 10% double on any order. I suggest that anyone should use their email discounts and get great deals. Don't just get a free tshirt and pay 4.41, see what else you can get with it for 4.41"
"The resellerratings.com policy is that you may not work for the company being reviewed. I do not work for Vista Print nor any company review on this site. I do, however, work for a retail printer (ie. Xerographic, digital printing, ect) who out sources a lot of high volume full color printing to various offset printers. We have recently been using Vista as an alternative to the local guys. After reading some of the reviews on this site I felt compelled to share my experience with vista. I have sent probably about 50 - 60 jobs to Vista with varying results. No other vendor I have dealt with can touch Vista in terms of full color pricing. That said, Vista is NOT the highest quality offset press I have ever dealt with but they are not bad either. I think a lot of people who are online trying to get business cards free probably aren’t corporations with specific pantone colors needing to be matched perfectly. Vista business cards (the item I send to them most) are not standard size (ie 3.5" x 2") They are very close but come in at 3.43" x 1.93". To some people this descreptency is unacceptable, to others they hardly care. To some people price is no object concerning company image, to others they simply ask for the cheapest option carried. When submitting a job make sure upload high quality files. If you do not have access to graphic design tools that use vector art (ie adobe illustrator or even Microsoft publisher) then use Vista's design engine. If you are unfamiliar, vector art is images that are made up of lines instead of pixels. In Microsoft word if you zoom in until a letter is the size of the screen you see that the letter is solid and not pixilated. That is what vector art is. The only aspect of you file that should be rastorized (ie made of pixels) is photo's and completed graphics. I have read at least one bad review on this site that mentions that the writer is much happier with his new printer and graphic designer. A good design makes all the difference in the world. I have seen very high quality looking images come out of Vista and I have seen complete crap. Because I send so much work to vista I feel like I may have more pull with their customer service but when there are problems (and there have been) they have been quick to fix them. Vista is based out of Canada so delivery is affected accordingly. They are not for everyone but in the time I have used them their quality has improved a lot. Make sure to follow their specifications. Make sure that if the color on your product goes to the edge of the sheet that you understand what bleeds are. (google full bleed printing if you need an explanation) If I had a company and needed full color printing I would definitely give vista a try. Like I said you can't beat the price. For some things the quality is outstanding and for others it is sub par. Sometimes it’s the uploaded files quality and other times I find no rhyme or reason to quality problems. I've had a ton of problems with blues with a lot of magenta coming out purple even though on ever other cmyk printer in the world it comes out reflex blue. If your particular design works with their presses you've struck gold. If not then spend the extra cash on a high quality offset printer that is willing to color match. I have had no billing issues with vista (ie false charges) nor have I had problems with their staff. I do feel like I have more printing knowledge than some of their customer service people which may explain why some people feel like Vista is not a good company. If I didn't already understand offset printing and design I would probably be frustrated with the telephone customer service. I have found Vista's online references to be quite helpful in producing quality work for my customers. These online guides were obviously not written by their customer service people. On the hidden charge issue. After the first few orders I have found that vista will charge 4.95 for uploading ANY art. That is anything not already on their site. This is a one time charge and does not apply to future orders. They also charge 14.95 for 7 day shipping. (Means you get your job 7 business days after you order it) They have cheaper solutions but that means waiting 14 or 21 days. Expect the price of any job to be $20 more than the site says if you want a decent turn around time. Even with those charges their prices are still cheaper than anyone else.

"I came across the reviews on this site and was very surprised. I have had phenomenal experiences with all the things I've ordered from VistaPrint in the past 19 months. This includes birth announcements, envelopes, photo magnets, address labels, custom envelopes, holiday cards, etc. with multiple orders. In each case I was able to customize my order completely online, preview and after placing my orders, I always received the items in less time than quoted in my shopping cart. I work in an industry of personalized and imprinted products, and after an exhaustive search for an affordable supplier of customized birth announcements and magnets in my own industry, I stumbled on VistaPrint in October '06. VistaPrint has the best web site and shopping experience I have seen for customized products, and their execution of my orders has been truly amazing to me. I've recommended them to all my friends and even to many of my clients...and I don't do that very often! In my opinion, they are a 10-star supplier."
"I placed a rush (3 day) order on photo graduation announcements (linen finish) and business cards (premium matte paper). I received my order as promised 3 days later (today). I almost always read reviews before I order any product from any online vendor, but I was in a hurry and neglected to do so on this order. I remembered to read reviews only minutes after I had placed my order and it was too late to cancel it. Needless to say that after reading all of the negative reviews, I was very worried. I'm pleased to report that I am very happy with my order! The print was clear and just as I had laid it out. The photo quality was very nice (resolution supplied was 600 dpi). Both the graduation announcements and the business cards had clean cuts and were uniform in size. The only criticism I would have is that the business cards are slightly smaller than standard size, so they may get lost in crowd. Honestly, for the price and with the freebies, I couldn't be happier. I would certainly consider ordering from VistaPrint again when the need arises. Thank-you! "
