"Do NOT use VistaPrint! I ordered some business cards. Then found out 6 months later that they have been charging me $19.97/month for a website that I did not even make. When I called to cancel it, they tried to look up my account information by my email address, but there was no account associated with it. He had to use my credit card number to find the charge to cancel it. He told me the account was associated with another email that I never created. Can you say SCAM! You have been warned. Do not use Vista Print."
"Don't expect ordering your business cards to be fast and painless. Theya re worse than GoDaddy in trying to cross-sell you crap for 15 minutes before you can finally pay.
Very deceptive. THey get you working your design / info quickly and easily, but once you have invested the time in your design and putting your info they have their hooks in and try to sell you everything and the kitchen sink. My 'free' simple black and white cards for 500 quantity eneded up being $29.

"I was quite pleased with VistaPrint until recently. Had been ordering business cards, flyers etc. from them for my business. While logged in and completing an order I decided to look at their website builder page, only looking not ordering. Was completely unaware that since December 2011 they had been charging my credit card £7.12 each month. Only took a quick look the page and saw they were too expensive. Didn't pick any design or agree to purchase anything. When I rang them they said i must have purchased it by accident! What nonsense. You know when you buy something. My own fault for not keeping a closer eye on my credit card but lesson learned. Would never use or trust this company again. "

"Unlike many of the other reviews on this website, I had a great experience with vistaprint!! I ordered 200 graduation invites (with 4 photos), 250 personalized envelopes, and 240 personalized envelope seals. I placed my order on May 2nd and received them today (May 10th) and everything was perfect!! Will definitely do business with this company in the future!! "
"I had doing business with vistaprint until they charged my account for a cancelled order and refused to refund the money back to me. they kept using excuses blaming the bank that it would take 2 months to refund. WHAT A RIPOFF COMPANY. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN. and they charge a fortune for shipping that takes a very long time."
"I've used VistaPrint on several different occasions without any problem, and was well pleased with the products that came out. However, when I suggested using VistaPrint with a client of mine, she went through the ordering process as usual (and I even used their easy-to-use template in CMYK just to be sure), however, when she received them, she found them to be a green color instead of blue, and there was an a huge white stripe across the top where they had misaligned when they cut the business cards. When we called customer service (my client on the line with me dialed in listening and offering technical explanation), the customer service rep HUNG UP on us. We called back only to be spoken to in a very condescending tone by another customer service rep who just assumed I had chosen the green color over the blue or put it in RGB instead of CMYK. I am sorely disappointed with their customer service and will NOT be recommending them to clients any longer."
