DO NOT use this company for invitations they are a fucking joke, they add on all these sneaky prices at the end of purchase and they lost my invatations. i now have no invitations for my party and its too late to order any more. just wanted to put this up to stop it happening to anyone else.

I ordered some business cards from vistaprint. The overall experience was good. The site may seem to have too much information on there but once you gets through that you are on the way. The package actually comes in earlier than what they promised to me (21 day vs 17 days actual). The product quality is good. I can't say it is state of art but how much more you can expect from your business cards? To me it is just a piece of paper. One thing I want to complain is that VP's order confirmation email sometimes goes to my spam mail box so I will need to dig them out just in case if I miss anything. Other than that, the experience is ok. I will definitely recommend vistaprint to my friends. This review was modified by its author, highlight, on

VistaPrint did a great job on my business card order but I would also like to make a couple of comments. On the good side, even though the printer had a problem with my graphics image, VistaPrint helped me reorder with a corrected image and then gave me a further discount and rushed the order to me so that I could have my cards for my travel deadline. On the negative side, VistaPrint business cards are slightly smaller than "standard" business card size. They are about 3 mm or 1/16 smaller in height and width. Keep this in mind when ordering from them. If you want a standard business card which is 3.54 X 2.05 in. or 90 X 52 mm., you will need to place your order with another vendor. If you don't mind the smaller size, the color, graphics and print quality on my card are excellent. I would also recommend the 100 lb. paper stock as a worthwhile upgrade.

I have ordered from this site over and over and always have such a great experience and recieve such a great product. Everyone compliments the cards or product that I get from Vistaprint as well. Anytime I need help they are always availabel and very helpful. I LOVE VISTAPRINT and that is why I am taking the time to write a good review on every site I can find to do it on. There are too many companies out there nowadays that just don't care and they overcharge. Vistaprint not only has great customer service and a great product but they offer great prices as well. I don't know why you would use anyone else.

The first order I placed was severely messed up but 90% of it was because I misunderstood the downloading and centering instructions. Once I called (and yes, a live person called back right away), the problem was resolved at no extra cost to me. The customer service person I spoke to was slightly belittling to me, but I believe some of it was due to a difference of tone in different cultures (English was not her first language)so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she was not being rude. The only real problem I had was the size of the business card. The cards were slightly smaller than the standard biz card. I thought it was all in my head at first until I laid it down over other biz cards. I won't say the cards are tiny, but they are noticeably smaller if next to other cards. The person I spoke to about the size of the card insisted they were standard, but they are not, and that's a fact. Overall the experience was good for what I needed. I would use them again. If you are going to use them just make sure you know you may be getting slightly less quality than a top-of-the-line printer. If you are a perfectionist business wise, then the fact that they are not perfect might bother you. Other than that you will have a great, cost effective experience. I find no reason to pay for rush shipping because mine shipped within two days anyways. I received my cards within 5 days with the standard shipping option. I love Vistaprint. I am a teacher and needless to say that money is tight. I am able to custom order stamps, that say things only teachers would appreciate. I have gone to endless teacher stores and print stores to customize stamps to the sayings I need. It was either impossible or quite costly. For next to nothing, I got multiple great stamps for my class.
Not to mention there are so many great products Vistaprint offers that I was able to come up with ideas (like small magnets to give to parents with contact info). It is a one stop shop for custom ordering.
And the shipping was great on all my orders. I didn't rush my shipping (due to costs) and received my order in less than 2 weeks. I recommended Vistaprint to other teachers at my school, and we have all been using them and have had no complaints.

I have been dealing with Vistaprint for several years. They sell great product at a great price. Ordering from them is not a hand holding process. It is automated and that is reflected in the exceptional prices. If you are unfamiliar with your software or the print process you may want to check your work thoroughly before sending. Such is the nature of printing.

In response to an email I received in August 2009 asking for a customer testimonial, I sent the following note to Vistaprint:
Ms. Sanderson,
I had an incredibly POOR experience ordering holiday envelopes from you in 2008. Your site listed for sale 5" x 7" envelopes that were actually not 5" x 7", and instead were smaller dimensions and would not fit my cards. After I communicated the issue to your customer service department, I was sent a second batch of identical mis-sized envelopes! After my husband spoke to a second customer service representative for over 30 minutes, we discovered that, in fact, your company had listed the smaller envelopes as 5" x 7". Further, we learned Vistaprint was unable to sell us any envelopes that were truly a 5" x 7" dimension. Because your company delayed our holiday card mailing by two weeks and was not equipped to sell us the product we needed, I will never provide a positive testimonial and will never be a customer of Vistaprint.
I am surprised (or maybe I should not be surprised, as I should not have any expectations that your company is properly managed) that you (or was is your computer/database?) even asked me for a testimonial.

Ordered a T shirt and very pleased with the result. Arrived within two days of ordering on a 7 day delivery order. T shirt quality could be better but that would hike the price probably.I uploaded my own design using a psd file and noticed different coloured text on the T shirt when it arrived. Some colour loss but nothing major. Good value for the price at £6.54. Would probably be interested in Reseller account but not enough information about pricing and up front fee of £56 a bit of a put off. Overall very happy.

I have to say, you CANNOT beat their prices for the quality. Is the quality the best I have ever seen? No. Are they the cheapest place to custom print? ABSOLUTELY. Yes, my local printer with his embossed offset printing does a better job. But he takes over a month to print business cards and charges $183.75 for 1000 cards. I ordered from VistaPrint $15.74 for 1000 cards. At that price, I can use them for scrap paper! And I placed an order Sunday evening with 7 day (for an extra $13.68 - total cost $29.42) and they were delivered on Wednesday (3 business days). Their push of other advertising offers is annoying, but I am very willing to put up with it to save thousands of dollars a year in printing costs!

I have been ordering from vista print for the past 4 years. I have never had a problem with any of my items. I own my own tattoo business and I order all of my advertising items from vista print. I haven't signed up for any other offers or for the rewards program nor have they automatically billed me for anything. I order a wide variety and when my business is slow, I order on a weekly basis. My customer service experence with them has been good. I made a Tshirt and some of my design was out of the margins, within 3 minutes of me placing this order a rep from vista print called me to correct it before printing. I refer everyone to this company. All my clients love my glossy business cards and the magnets. I wish I could upload my full order history to share. I have spent many hours on the site designing my items. I can't understand why anyone would have a problem with this company after my 200th order I have yet to have a problem. And all my items are shipped with the slowest shipping by usmail. Dont sign up for bonus programs or extras like magazines if you don't want them. Read thru and get what you want. Thank you vista print....

I am very happy with the results of my folded note card order. I worked hard to upload my own design, making sure it came out centered. But the DIY form was easy to use, and the matching envelopes were easy to make as well.
I opted to get the "linen finish" against my designer friend's concerns -- she had told me that each printer would have a different finish and there is no guaranteeing it would look the way I want. Well, I'm really glad I went with it - our design was really simple, and the linen finish is tight and elegant. It really adds a nice touch to the cards.
I also shipped "rush" and it came exactly when they said it would.
The only thing I wish was different would be the ability to choose the color on the return label of the standard envelope (I believe you can do it with a fully custom design). But it was such a good deal, and no one is going to notice.
I had been nervous because these are my wedding present thank you cards... and I ended up really really pleased.

I have ordered from VistaPrint twice in the last 3 years. No problems, no issues. On my last order for business cards I supplied a 600 dpi psd file. I applied my templete to one of their many stock business card backrounds. The tools were easy to use, and the price was right. $11.00 for 250 cards with shipping. Shipping was slow, but that's what I expected. No complaints here.

I was worried because of the low rating of this company. However, my 1000 post cards came back early and looking great. I paid for 7 day priority service and they shipped them in 2 days. I used PayPal to avoid any credit card funny business.

I ordered 9 t-shirts from them. They have very good prices with the 50% off discount. Shipping is fair, and arrived within 10 days. The print quality is pretty good, and I would order from them again.
