"We have a small professional business (husband owns and wife assists with business operations). I received placed an order with VistaPrint for an online search service. I accidentally placed it in my cart TWICE, so I called them to cancel the second, duplicate service. Even though I placed the order for our business and it was billed to MY credit card, they would not talk to me because I was not the business owner. So, I have to track down my husband (who travels a lot) and have him call them to "authorize" them to talk to me. RIDICULOUS. Do they really do this with EVERY business?? I said, "So the owner of Target is required to call you and tell you that you have the authority to discuss the account with the secretary??""

"I have ordered from visit print thrice now and I await another delivery at present. I am confident it will arrive as per my specifications, as each order has in the past. The only thing that I took issue with was my last order advertised vista print on the reverse side and I don't remember requesting or being informed of that when ordering. I don't mind the advertising "vistaprint.com.au" on the reverse, a small sacrifice considering the great the price they do offer on business cards. However stating "free business cards" I think devalues the product slightly. "

"First I ordered some biz cards and the quality frankly sucked. For some reason they were just a little smaller than they should have been and the borders we cut short. For something this important go local and check quality before you spend $. So, I get an email for 25 free brochures and figure what the heck try it. I go to the web site and spend about 2 hours of my precious time creating a brochure for my business. When I go to check out there is a charge added to the "FREE 25 BROCHURES" for each uploaded image. I called to find out what was going on and was informed that there was a $3.99 for each image x about 10 images WTF !!! Are they serious ! "THESE WERE MY IMAGES AND DIDN'T COST THEM A DIME" !!! BAIT AND F"IN SWITCH IS WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DIRT BAG THIEVES SERIOUSLY.....
NOT TO MENTION THEIR QUALITY SUCKS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!! "

"Vista print are a company that get involved in a lot of printing - i.e. Business Cards, Leaflets, Postcards that sort of thing - I believe they also get involved with web hosting as well - Commenting from the Business card side of things here.

Absolutely shocking company, sent me 1000 business cards with my Company logo completely missing, it was obvious no proof had been done before printing. I asked for another 1000 to be made and sent (came through v. quickly I'll give them that), which they made and sent through again with no business logo again - which for a large company and no proofing before printing is pretty poor really, It has caused my business cards to now be what is estimated around a month late.

Being promised a 'nice promotion' becasue of the screw-ups was a partial bonus - I was thinking OK, they've made an effort - but upon emailing them once I had re-placed the order just to find that I had the same discount as I had when I first placed the order, nice for them to add salt to the wound. So basically I am very dissatisfied with my experience and can assure I will never use them again. I am writing this so that others will hopefully make the choice before getting involved with this company

So I reordered with my "vistaprint credit" that they had refunded my account with but the 'nice promotion' as so nicely worded by one of their colleagues would only allow me 'slow delivery' this time. (21 days) so absolutely horrified I've been sent 2000 completely useless business cards and an awful service from Vistaprint. Im still waiting for the third batch but boy will I be hacked off if they are wrong again.

I really do hope they read this. Do not order from this company"

"After seeing an advert on tv, I decided to check the website out as I was setting up an Ebay business and just wanted a little card to put inside the package etc. I ordered 500, and going through the endless pages of promotions was quite tedious, but I did actually get a couple of free items, business card holder. They DO attempt to sneak in LOTS of hidden charges, but thats where YOU as the consumer have to be aware. I agree the P&P is ridiculous, but for products so cheap I can accept it.

What I received has been a perfect balance of cost and effectiveness, exactly what I wanted and I paid barely £10 for 500 cards. For well established businesses representing on a personal basis they wouldn't be ideal, but after reading many negative reviews I felt the need to post about my positive experience."

"Complete con - recieved an e mail from them stating a list of products were free, ordered several of these, paid for p&p but when money was taken they took full amount for product and p&p. Paid for 21 day delivery, phoned to cancel the next day and was told it had already been posted ! why would anyone pay for their express service ??? Tried to leave negative review and it is not accepted.Complete con."

"We ordered checks. They took about four weeks to arrive. We followed the directions on their ordering website. We just sent out all our bills a few weeks ago using our new checks. None of them have been cashed. It turns out, that even though the check builder template requests your "account number" to be input into the correct field, you also need the last two digits of which account of that account number. Because that is not on any of our checks, no one can process our payment. This is a HUGE HASSLE now. All our bills are now going to be late, and we have to order new checks now. "

"Another unhappy victim. I paid for premium glossy business cards and received garbage. The box they sent my order in was a very recycled box that only had 3 sides, but they poorly taped a 4th side to it to make it a box... Then when I open the box I find the business card boxes ripped and beat up, of course my business cards are also ripped/bent/etc. Out of 1,000 business cards, I'm only able to salvage one box of 250 that weren't damaged. Even if they weren't damaged they still don't look good, you can see where each card was cut, and my $50 printer could do a better job.

I also ordered t-shirts and they are poor quality as well. You can see through the black shirts when you hold them up, that's how thin they are, and black isn't cheap! The printing is grainy, including the text, and they really stink so you will have to wash them before giving or selling them to someone. They feel like they are made out of recycled paper. "

"I have always been very satisfied with every order I have placed with vistaprint, the quality is good on most things and great on others. Items tend to ship faster than quoted. I just placed another order that had over a $250 value for just under $40 with shipping! (That order had over a dozen different items)"

"I used Vistaprint to order free Save The Date postcards for my wedding. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and printing of the postcards. I understood that it would take at least 21 days before I received them, that is why they are free!! It was definitely worth the wait and I will be using VistaPrint againg for my future printing needs as my wedding date approaches, as I have a lot of DIY projects in the works."
