The first order was a disaster and eventually (after 2 weeks) cancelled by VD as they were unable to fulfill. I decided to give them a second chance and placed an order for contacts on 18 Jan. I emailed them a copy of my prescription that same day, referencing my order #. 2 days later I received an email from them telling me they couldn\u0027t complete the order as they needed my Dr\u0027s contact details. So I responded, attaching the prescription again (with Dr\u0027s contact details). I heard nothing from them so on 23 Jan I emailed asking for the status of the order. Still no reply by 26th so emailed them again. Then on 28th I called them to be told that they weren\u0027t able to fulfill the order as they didn\u0027t have the Dr\u0027s details!!! When I explained that I had emailed the details and my prescription 2 times already I was asked if I would like to cancel the order!! I had lost the sunglasses I had, so bought another pair, thinking they were the same. The ones I received were FAKE, not metal frames but plastic and with a cheap rattling sound! You have 7 days to return the sunglasses, nevertheless they won\u0027t get back to me with a return address for shipping them back to Hong Kong, it\u0027s not an Australian site. <br>WORST experience and 250 dollars is basically lost. Wise Eyes wanted $235 and 1-800-Contacts wanted $220. With an online coupon code for Vision Direct I found for 25% off, combined with free shipping, with tax my total was $140. And on top of that I got 15 miles per dollar from my credit card company. Definitely gonna order from Vision Direct again next time.
