I usually order through 800-CONTACTS, where I've had great customer experiences. Here, it's a different story.
After being repeatedly told that my contacts should ship "today, tomorrow at the latest," it's now 8 business days and 10 days since I placed my order and all they can tell me is, "they should ship any day now."
Customer service reps are either ill-informed, don't care, or less than intelligent. No one seems able to tell me more than the web site does, which is basically nothing.
Do yourself a favor, pay the extra $10 or so and order from your doctor or 800-CONTACTS.
