"Excellent customer service. We needed passports for the family's first trip abroad. I waited until it was too late to expedite through normal channels (procrastination). I called Visa Passport Pro and was assured I'd have them on time. Not only did they arrive safe and sound, but they were 2 days earlier than I was told to expect. The key is to FOLLOW THE PROTOCOL. If you leave anything out, you've just wasted time and $$. My service rep was very clear on this point and even sent me a couple copies of the checklist to make sure I knew what I needed to do and to send them. We're all set now. Sure, I could've saved a ton of money had I went the normal route in time, but if you're in a bind and need a passport quick, call these guys. Highly recommended."
