"Ordered on april 27th, said it would take 5 business days to deliver. It is now the 13th of may and still no product. Had to call 4-5 times to get an answer. After waiting 10 days, got an answer saying it waas being shipped out of Vancouver and would be another 5 days. I only live 1/2 a day away from Vancouver by vehicle. As of now I still havn't recieved my product."

"i ended up with two orders on the same day & had two different ID #'s. I called Visalus & we figured out when I first ordered I had ordered under an in dependent rep. I treid cancellling that oder but did not have a name or cust. ID intil both orders arrived. have cancelled the cust. ID given to me as #3015648. I have kept my rep. number from last year & will be ordering directly from Visalus from now on. I have kept both orders as they are paid & it would cost me more to send them back. So I have a stock built up for this summer."

"I feel mislead from the independent promoter because she lead me in to believe she was the visalus company even answered her phone in that manner... Hello this is Visalis how may I help you? This promoter led me in to believe I was getting a special deal by going thru her and even was gonna throw in a promo kit for free...no extra monthly fees or obligations although she was still sending me a bill for 49.99 and asked for my social insurance number ... I have never tried the product and do not know if I want to use it as a weight loss program so why would I wanna promote it until I can see for my self results in which I'm so excited if make a business out of it.... Now I feel obligated and pressured and mislead. I called this person back and cancelled my order with her as I feel miss lead and ill informed. I also will not continue my interest with this company as a result of this experience. I am very disappointed and feel like this is a scam company Very bad business and I will not promote this company.... As a mater of fact I will tell people my experience
