The time they spent guiding and assisting me create a huge project for my grandson was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Living on the other side of the world to them in Australia, I only had a small window of 1 hour to communicate with them, and I can guarantee if I shot of an email the night before, there was one waiting for me in the morning. <br><br>The support was fantastic. The hard cover is very professional looking and feeling, the pages are a wonderful quality, the printing is sharp and beautiful, and the pages are centered and cropped evenly (I\u0027ve had books from other companies where the pages were not centered causing my borders to look really screwy).<br><br>And the price is terrific! I got a 12x12 book for the same price I have been paying other places for an 8x10 with the same number of pages.<br><br>Their processing time is longer than some companies, but it\u0027s not outrageous, and I consider the final product well worth the wait.
