From the outset Vinko responded immediately contacted Capdase and relayed the options open to me. Having made payment through PAYPAL, upon receipt Vinko acknoleged my order and kept me informed during the delivery process. "Ordered 11/29/2006 and delivered 3/1/2007...but this is a GOOD review.
Vinko was drop-shipping from the manufacturer. (The website was clear about this when I ordered.) Unfortunately, the manufacturer was backordered.
Vinko sent email in two days telling me about the backorder and offering a refund. There was excellent communication while the manufacturer made the next production lot and I got the item as soon as I saw it back in stock at any other vendor.
Good price, good communication and a good effort to deal with a problem that was out of Vinko's control. Would definitely use again."
