(The website was clear about this when I ordered.) Unfortunately, the manufacturer was backordered.<br><br>Vinko sent email in two days telling me about the backorder and offering a refund. There was excellent communication while the manufacturer made the next production lot and I got the item as soon as I saw it back in stock at any other vendor.<br><br>Good price, good communication and a good effort to deal with a problem that was out of Vinko\u0027s control.
