I actually had purchased my rig over two years ago in the summer of 2007. I'm still using it today, and am going to buy a new baby next summer to replace the one that is aging gracefully. 99.9% sure the next one will also be from Vigor.  
 
I spent a lot of time to complete an extensive research to find the most competative deals, and best reviewed custom builders until I finally decided to go with Vigor. One of the best electronics related decisions I have made in my life.  
 
The computer came, booted up fast, and has been flying since. The cabling is extremely professional and clean, and the case is solid and good looking.  
 
Their thermoelectric Monsoon CPU cooler is fantastic. I am DEFINITELY having it installed on my next computer. I leave my rig on 24/7, and use it extensively for video editing, gaming, and the daily activities of the internets. It's a core duo 2.4 Ghz, overclocked to 3.2 since I tweeked it on day one, and the core temperature has yet to go beyond 35 degrees.  
 
I am very impressed with their customer service, fast and very well packaged shipping, as well as all the manuals, disks, and parts that should come with my computer.  
 
This review is a bit late, but from a customer whose been using his computer for over 2.5 years, their quality is tried and true as promised.

After much research into various gaming computer companies I settled on Vigor Gaming. Due in no small part to the reviews on this website.  
I placed the order and was called the to confirm the order(which is a standard procedure with Vigor. You have to love the personal touch) During the call I was informed that the RAM that I ordered was out of stock and that they were upgrading me.  
10 Business days later (which was utter agony, I was extremely excited to get my hands on this PC, but you can't rush perfection.) The PC shipped and took a long UPS trek across the country. I got the package and there was some minor damage to the box . I opened it up to find a computer that probably would survive the nuclear holocaust due to great packing. Booted up windows 7 professional no problem and am in the process of downloading and installing everything.  
This PC is a dream come true. I would recommend Vigor to anyone and will be buying from them again.

My experience with Vigor Gaming was great the computer was finished on schedule and was exactly as ordered. I picked it up at their shop took it home and the computer worked amazingly. I had one small problem with what I thought was a problem with the video card but their service department (which was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions) helped me out on the phone and it turned out to be a hardware issue with a monitor I had purchased previously (this was an old monitor not one of theirs) after that the compter worked flawlessly. I was very impressed with the company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

After quite a bit of shopping around and reading reviews of the major custom gaming computer builders I settled on Vigor Gaming. Vigor doesn't include a fancy binder filled with test results or "owner certificates", nor do they include a tee shirt with every system. They do, however, provide expertly assembled high-performance systems. I requested that my Core i7-920 2.66Ghz processor be overclocked yet remain stable. When I booted it up the first time I was happy to see that it was running at 3.67GHZ, with no stability issues at all.  
 
The high reviews here at Resellerratings.com played a large role in my decision, but conversations with the infamous Chuck at Vigor while deciding what components I wanted clinched the deal. Chuck was returning my emails on Labor Day weekend, with good sound advice that actually saved me from overspending a bit in areas where I really wouldn’t get the most “bang for my buck”.  
 
I did have a minor issue that may have been related to UPS hauling my new computer across the country, apparently hitting every pothole. Chuck and Tommy at Vigor both worked with my to get the problem resolved, with what turned out to be an upgrade part sent at their expense. I was very impressed.  
 
The Vigor website could be a bit more specific about the components used and a little less philosophical, but that’s the only area I’d maybe suggest could be improved upon.  
 
So if you are into all the swag, which you pay for somewhere along the way, order from the other guys. If you are like me and prefer the meat and potatoes over the parsley, get a system from Vigor. They do a great job, and they stand behind what they sell.

I ordered a gaming PC from Vigor in late August. The order processing page was easy to follow and submit, and my order was followed up by a phone call from them within a day of my order being placed.  
 
The order tracker on their website was accurate down to the day the PC shipped out, from assembly through Q/C to final shipment. I was very pleased with being able to see the progress of the order. There was also a second phone call from Vigor the day before the PC shipped out.  
 
This was my first time buying a complete system online.  
 
And this....brings me to Chuck. If there is one reason and one reason alone you should get a gaming PC from Vigor, it is CHUCK! He is the most helpful and friendly customer contact I have ever dealt with online. I had numerous questions regarding my video card, power supply, monitor, and other technical issues while I was setting up my system. Chuck not only answered all my questions, but sometimes responded to my emails within minutes of me sending them. We exchanged no less then ten email communications, and he sent DETAILED and lengthy replies to my inquiries. He just made the whole setup and the whole process an absolute joy! For how he treated me as a customer is worth buying from Vigor alone, but on top of Chuck being a fantastic and knowledgeable friend along the way, Vigor has a great warranty on parts and labor, and you can contact them at any time if any problems arise.  
 
The computer was packaged with great care, it arrived in perfect shape with nothing loose or damaged, and everything was bundled and organized exactly as Chuck described.  
 
The PC is running smooth as can be, and Chuck and the rest of Vigor are on hand to talk you through any problems that come up.  
 
If you are hesitant about buying a PC or gaming PC online, do yourself a favor and do a search of customer reviews of Vigor, you will see five stars over and over again. They have one of the best customer service ratings for PC's, and now I know why!

I purchased a Delta Force AE from vigor and the looks and performance well exceeded my expectations. Less than an hour after ordering online I received a call from them confirming my purchase and computer specs. It was about 2 weeks before i received my computer but during the wait I was able to track the progress and shipping of the computer. All in all my experience ordering from vigor was great

I originally planned to buy a machine from Falcon Northwest which is where I got my desktop from. But this machine was for my wife, not an avid gamer, and the FNW laptops where easily $1000 more and far more machine than she needed. Vigor offered a far greater selection, so you can get a custom built PC with the same attributes that I appreciated with FNW but in a more midstream level system. In short, Vigor had outstanding prices for the components that you received, more variety/levels of computing power to suit your needs, and high level of detail that they put into their products.  
 
But best of all, I did not miss out on outstanding customer service. They were VERY prompt with returning email questions always within a couple of hours. Just a pleasure to deal with! We haven't had any reason to call their customer service or tech support since receiving the computer, so we cannot comment on it. Another factor that played a role in my decision to buy from Vigor is that they were local. If I need to send it back to them, I probably could drive it there as the cost of gas would be less than the cost and hassle of shipping it back UPS.  
 
Thus far, my wife loves her new laptop and particularly the nice custom paint job they did on the case matching very closely the color swatch that I sent them.  
 

Simply the best computer I had ever have. Easy to customize your dream pc with their website, and just sit and wait for it to arrive in about 2 and 1/2 weeks. Runs right out of the box and it is day and night compares to my old Dell. Customer service is very friendly and curtious. I would buy from them again.

Story: First system arrived within time promised. SLI did not work; some other issues; packed it up and sent it back. Second system arrived a few days ago. Vigor had made some changes AND had upgraded the memory for me. SLI is working; sound card had worked loose but fixed that. HOWEVER, none of my games worked; then, the system just froze up. Chuck in customer service was superb. Had to reload the OS and all the drivers, etc... Been a week now and the system is fantastic.  
Conclusion: Am I happy? Tough question. Had to ship the system back and it did not work out of the box. Guess that is the chance you take buying via the net. The support was fantastic. They really worked hard to make sure I had exactly what I had ordered. Overall I would order from Vigor again and do recommend them. the only caveat is that if you are someone like me that is not really familiar with the tech side, CALL and go through what you have ordered. The folks will help make sure you get what you order AND that what you order is actually what you need.

Vigor has impressed me with their quick & polite responce to my order. Days after my original order, I asked to upgrade a few parts on this awesome looking laptop that I've ordered for my wife as a birthday present. Between, not totally knowing what I'm doing, and trying to sneak in this order without my wife knowing, has been a little challenging. That is why I changed some components on my order & Vigor was more than happy to make the changes. Can't wait to see it peform. Dave

If I had to choose one word to describe my experience with Vigor Gaming, it would probably be "amazing".  
 
I did a fair amount of research before deciding which builder to go with. Vigor's prompt and ridiculously detailed responses to my questions, and their willingness to help me pick parts for my system based on what I needed to do made the decision pretty easy.  
 
Anthony spent probably more than an hour on the phone with me while we hammered out all the details. He remained friendly and helpful throughout the entire conversation, despite my endless barrage of questions.  
 
I just received the system we configured, and it is up and running right now. I cannot even begin to tell you how perfect it is. After dealing with Vigor I know I got exactly the best system for my needs and will have the longevity I desired.  
 
I have already and will continue to recommend Vigor to anyone looking for a custom gaming system!

Everything went as expected from order to shipping. When receiving my computer I kept getting blue screens and reboots. Having done trouble shooting on PC's myself I was able to fix the problem. One of the windows core files was corrupt. Thankfully everything I needed to correct the problem was nicely packaged and in order. I had to reinstall windows. Now the computer is humming and working well. My guess is that the corruption occured in the shipping. I forgot to check the even manager to see if the problem was occuring thru thier QA process. I would hope not. Overall I'm very satisfied. Once the order was placed they called regarding a case change which was fine by me. They basically gave me the case of the upgraded version. This group is definately into customer satisfaction. Will definately order again from them if I don't build my own next time.

I purchased an Atlantis from Vigor. The ordering process was very easy and they offer a vast selections. Shipping time is just as promised and packaging was tremandous. When I received the package, it looked like UPS took it to a WWF match and upon openning the package, I was surprised to find another box inside with no damage whatsoever. Anyway, after I plugged in everything, the notebook turned on without any issue. I had it for a few months now and it had been great, especially when I am playing WOW. I highly recommend this company to whomever looking for a new computer.
