"This is one of the best computer I have ever bought. First of all, the machine arrived on. It was well packaged and all the instructions and info were neatly stored in a binder. Upon hooking up everything, the computer fires right up. I have had it for roughly 1 month now and it hasn't been down once. In addition, I having even turn it off since the first day. It is really a work horse. I will keep my fingers crossed."

"My experience with Vicious is very good. For starters, they personally confirm my order to make sure I was the authorized purchaser of the computer. Then, at the shipping of the computer, I received a tracking number to insure I know where my computer is at all times. Once I received the computer, I found Meticulous packaging and the computer turns right on. The only thing that I would do different is to wait for just a little bit, because I would get the new SLI machine."

"This is the best pc I have ever own! The sale rep was very courtious and the product came just as described. Even though UPS did a very bad job, (there were visible damage to the boxes everywhere), because the superb packing Vicious did, everything was intact. I plug in the firt time and it powered up lighting fast! Now I am always the first one ready when I am online playing Gunbound. I love this machine and Vicious the totally the best way to go."

"My purchasing experience with viciousPC was at least a 8.50 out of 10.Since I dont have a credit card I had to customize my system over the phone. The sales rep was able to awnser all of my questions and help me to create a"HARDCORE GAMERS"system.I looked at many online retailers before I decided to go with vicious. They had a lot of hardware options. They didnt ramrod a particular vendors products on me.The system shipped when they said it would and was delivered on time. Also they sent all of the out of the box info for the hardware instaled on my system including drivers.I liked this because I like to format from time to time.Well I might be part computer geek but if your shopping online go play with the customizer at viciousPC before tou make your system purchase. P.S. If the people who built order no. 24359 ever read this you guys rock! And Daisy also!! "

"I ordered the commando SLI rig from Vicious PC. every email and phone call made to the comapany was helpful and covered any questions I had. The ordering process was simple and easy to follow.

The computer itself is outstanding. I've had it for over a week with no bugs or malfunctions. It gobbled up every game and program I've used. Runs smoothly, cool and quiet. They even threw in a T-shirt. I'm wearing it right now as a matter of fact. I would buy from Vicious PC again and highly recommend others to do so."

"Well, the computer I got from them has no noticable problems I can tell. I see the sound was an issue for someone, but mine worked just fine. I got a AMD Athlon 2ghz gaming rig, with a Radeon 9700. I had no driver issues with any of my games, and no configuration issues with the card. This is a plus, seeing as some have problems with Radeon cards. It was a true Radeon card by ATI too - not a Sapphire generic one. Came with NTI CD maker, which is a program I like in regards to burning CD's. Vicious Pc had the most customizable options from the sites I visited, as well as the cheapest price. Assuming they are still in business in a couple of years, I would definately consider getting another PC through them. "

"Hello. I bought a computer from Vicious PC. The power supply started to quit on me before the 30 days were up. I called them, and after speaking with a Tech support person, they said they would do a cross-ship. They would charge me the cost of the power supply, and ship one to me. I would then return the old one and they would credit me back the cost of the power supply. They would even send a UPS return label so I would not have to pay for shipping.
I returned it the next day, and even checked the UPS log to see if they received it. They did.
I waited a couple of days and emailed them. No response. Sent them several emails at their corporate office and the tech support/sales person himself. No answer. I am trying again. Please give my $38 back please. I am on a fixed income and cant afford to lose this money.
Thanx,

This has been going on since May, and its Dec and still have not heard from them after repeated emails. They are a great comapny to deal with as long as you dont need warranty help.

"Order process was quick and painless. Employees were not rude at all - I never called to complain however.

Then I got my computer - everything was grand. It took me about six months to realize the sound card I paid for was never installed (SB Audigy). I had Advance 97 on board instead - Too late for replacements - I bought a SB Audigy 2 Platinum and just installed that. To top it off, I paid for a 2100+ xp processor, and recently discovered that a 1500+ was actually in my system. To me, these things are akin to piracy - taking advantage of someone who doesn't know better (or in my case, someone who should know better).

Moral of the story: Whatever the company's intentions, I don't recommend buying a computer from them. Try building one yourself, or buy from a more reputable company ( Alienware, Falcon Northwest, Hypersonic, Dell, even Gateway these days).

I suppose I deserve getting jacked for not checking the components right away, but I was pretty busy back then."
