The filter came within two days of the order. Unbelievable how fast it got here. When I was finally able to set up the filter (some weeks later) I noticed that the manufacturer had put too many spray bars in the box and no suction cups. So, I contacted Vetdepot and left a message as to the problem. As I was back and forth for several weeks out of town, when the Customer Service Department called to discuss the issue, I was unable to answer their calls. However, instead of forgetting about me, and even with no return call from me, they contacted the manufacturer and got the suction cups sent to me with no problem at all. Thank you Vetdepot! This company really works hard to keep the customer happy and I would recommend them to anyone. Two of my dogs are arthritic and have been prescribed Novox. After buying it from the Vet a few times I was amazed at how much better of a price that VetDepot.com could give me. One of the dogs also has a thyroid condition. I found that VetDepot\u0027s price on Soloxine is a fraction of what I was paying at my vet. Shipping is quick and the prices are right. They have low prices (literally a fraction of the cost compared to the vet) and I always have been very happy with their delivery speed. I have ordered several prescription items from Vet Depot & been very pleased. I have 3 dogs & 4 cats so you can only imagine how much I spend every month on flea & heart worm medications not to mention arthritis medication. I like to use Advantage Multi for my dogs & cats because it covers fleas, heart worms, ear mites, & worms and this is the best price I have found. I recently had to order Previcox & Tramadol for my English Bulldog and it was 1\/3 of the price compared to my vet\u0027s office. Our English Bulldog will have to be on a pain management program long term so I am so thankful that I can get his medication at a reasonable cost. Another plus is I am in Birmingham, AL and it is nice knowing that my products are coming from Fort Payne, AL rather than some other company websites who\u0027s products come from Australia or some other country. I will definitely be a repeat customer. A friend finally told me (3 years later) about Vet Depot - OMG!!! What a huge relief and change!!!<br>The prices are sooo much better - we were spending $90 per 4oz bottle a month for our dog at Banfield....<br>At Vet Depot - we got 2 bottles for $70 and that included the shipping to my home!!! And when I emailed and asked questions they responded very quickly and friendly.
