After having written off my purchase as a loss, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Vegascart was as upset as I was (maybe moreso) that the link to my software had not arrived. After speaking with them, I can confirm that they did try several times, but for some reason, the link did not appear in their e-mails. The bottom line is that I was called by Vegascart to ensure that the link arrived safely and that I was happy with service - - twice! For my trouble they even insisted on granting me a discount. That was not necessary but it did serve to underscore the fact that they care about their customers. I'm so impressed that there is still a company that cares that I will enthusiastically buy from Vegascart, again, very shortly. Excellent recovery, and target results!
