We do advertise very clearly on the Under Phone verification of the Main Page of the website that we will do Phone verification just to make sure Transaction is Valid
This customer did NOT want to call or never called us
But the statement on the review states that he called us back which is NOT true
We ALSO have proof of the customer EMAIL message saying that he did NOT want or like the Phone call and he request to cancel the order
It is NOT our fault to cancel the order
Now he is blame us for his action to get the order canceled
So kindly disregard this FALSE or NOT TRUE or misleading comments

"They make me to call them to confirm the order, call went to voicemail. Told them to cancel it. Internet order should not be tied to phone calls.
Ok, to make it clear, I have called 06/03 at 7:53 E time, probably too late. Seeing all good reviews I'm sure you do provide great deals but I'm just trying to explain that you are doing disservice to all hearing impaired and deaf people who are depending on Internet to do shopping. It is like step backward in time.
However if you think that losing the business of thousands shoppers is good for you, I can't help it. Good luck with it."
