"When I came across the VN website, I thought I had found the lost city of gold. I was amazed at the variety vapes, as well as the price. After weighing my options, I felt VaporNation was the best choice. I couldn't have been more wrong. A day after I made my order I get an email from one of VN's customer service reps, asking that I contact him regarding the status of my order. I gave him a call, got his vmail, left him a message, and got a call back an hour later.
The rep stated, the particular vape that I ordered was on a two week back order and it would not be able to be shipped until the the 29th of March ( I made the order on the 18th), and for my trouble he would upgrade my shipping from priority to overnight. Not wanting to raise a big stink about the issue, I thanked him for contacting me and offering to upgrade my shipping so that I would get my purchase sooner.
I contact this same customer service rep today (3.29.13) regarding my order, and he says there was an issue with customs getting some of the parts, so what he could do is upgrade my vape to one a little more expensive than the one I purchased and I should receive it the following Saturday or Monday. Now my issue with this whole situation, is in the beginning there was never any indication that the item I ordered was not available, then I was told my order would be shipped on a certain day, that day came and I was told there was a customs issue. And yes I was offered a item and a shipping upgrade, however, when I log into the site to check the status of my order it just says processing.... After I have my item in hand, vapor nation can kick rocks and get bent, I will never spend another dime with them, nor would I suggest there business to my friend and family. VaporNation S.U.C.K.S."
Put an online order in for a couple of units, one portable and one for the desk. Followed-up with an order to take advantage of the ten percent credit offer.
Standard data entry website. Entered the choices and hit the send button. In a few days, during regular business hours (PST), I called to check on the order as I hadn't seen shipping info on my online account sheet. Immediately received a live receptionist, who connected me with customer service. Everybody couldn't have been nicer.
Customer service looked into the delay and I received a return call twenty minutes later. Shipping problem corrected for and a few days later, received the vaporizing units.
Ordered the Arizer "Solo Vaporizer" and the Silver Surfer "Da Buddha" vaporizer for a combined birthday gift. "Da Buddha" came with a killer, soft-side storage bag. Both units come across as high quality, manufactured, products.
Despite the shipping mis-step, customer service quickly fixed the order problem and even though given as a B-Day gift, the report on the vaporizing units is a hell-yeah, positive one.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend vapornation nor would I hesitate to put in another online order.
The star choice on price isn't a good indicator because these are quality products that do what they're recommended to do so I'm going highlight N/A on price although the cost for these quality items is relatively expensive. The point, in the case of the products purchased, price is, of course, relative.
Over all, vapornation was a positive experience that I can highly recommend."
