reply posted May-30-2013 “I'm not sure I understand the exact problem so I will answer a few scenarios. If the whip is stuck on the vaporizer then turn the heat to the highest position. Once the unit has heated up you should be able to wiggle the whip off the unit. If the silicon grip is stuck on the whip handle then soak the whole whip in very hot water and work it loose. Finally to clean the glass pieces you can put them in a ziplock bag with some rubbing alcohol and table salt. Shake the bag for a minute then rinse in hot water and repeat. By washing the whip this way you can extend the life of the screen for many months.”
