"Vapor4life is one of the best ecig companies out there, and I've been vaping for some time. I always receive their products in good time and I'm almost 100% satisfied with their products. I say almost because they offer a huge amount of flavors and, taste being very subjective, I've ordered some flavors that didn't do it for me. But, at least they have a multitude of options, MANY of which I love and order routinely. I've only had 1 problem with their products over the past two years and they responded promptly with a replacement. I've been through many, MANY ecig companies but I always go back to V4L for their quality products and their consistently great service. Oh, and have I mentioned how AWESOME their Titan batteries are? They're exquisite! Both beautiful and powerful, I don't work for this company, but I can sing their praises high and loud. I wish more vendors were as reliable and genuine as Vapor4life. I would recommend them, full heartedly!"
"This company is horrible they told me sorry about my luck no refunds after they sent me 2 bottles of juice that where not even flavors I ordered. The clove they gave me doesn't even have a hint of clove smell to it and taste like a burned taste and the french pipe tobacco taste like burnt taste also but the blueberry was good so all and all I spent $44 and $12 dollars of it was spent good other than that the company didn't even seem like they where going to check into the problem the main reason I called so that it wouldn't happen to someone else. I wasn't looking for anything except decency. They do not value a customer a new one at that."
"Recently switched back to Vapor4Life after a falling off the wagon. I got to say the new diamond tip batteries are great, the vapor production is thick and satisfying and they last all day. Also the new USA juices are the best I've ever tried, some seriously nice flavors in there, the Aces & 8's is my go to vape at the moment. This time I've got a feeling I'm going to stick to it."
"About the only good thing to say about Vapor4Life is their quick shipping. Oh wait, everything is quick. The batteries die quick, the cartridges run out quick, Just received and order and 2 of them lasted about 30 puffs and then you're smoking cotton. The few puffs you get are good vapor though. Their liquid leaves a burnt taste in your mouth. Buy at your own risk. Not a good ecig by any means."
"As a couple of previous posters mentioned, I also am losing faith, and patience, with this company. I started vaping with them back in October of '09, and have been tobacco free ever since. It was a wonderful product and a wonderful company. However, for the past year I've seen them gradually decline. I get empty cartomizers quite frequently, and cartomizers that won't fit on the batteries, and batteries that won't hold a charge, and batteries that draw so light it feels like you're sucking air. The past two times I've ordered I've had to substitute, because my favorites were out of stock. They are still not in, and when I asked customer service if they were discontinued, I got a very curt "we have them ordered, but don't know when they will arrive."In my opinion, they are still an alright company, but they are NOT what they used to be, and if they don't start carrying my favorites (WOW Cowboy 36) again, I will go elsewhere."
"This is a very good product. I have been smoking for 35+ years and have been using V4L for 4 weeks. I don't even have the want to light a tobacco cig anymore. I tried every other way there is to quit tobacco (gum,patch,....) nothing worked. This did.I think the manual batterys aret hte wat to go they seem to be more reliable and last longer. the flavors are good THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND GOOD COMPANY. America needs more companys like this!"
"vapor4life has some good products, but it is starting to lose me. First, the carts many times are empty. Secondly, the carts do not fit the batteries. I was told to use a nail file on the battery to get the cart to fit. I did not pay 70.00 for a product to be defective. Ordered another battery set, same problem. Returned items and according to their policy they would refund it on my credit card. After over a month of trying to get them to return my emails and phone calls, they finally sent an email back and asked if I would take a store credit instead! When you call customer service, you are put into voice mail and no return call. I am really disappointed and have recommended many friends to them. They are having some of the same problems with the carts and batteries. "
"I used to love Vapor4life. I'm still grateful that they helped me quit smoking after almost 20 years of up to 2 packs a day. THe customer service used to be top notch. I told EVERYONE about them. Converted tons of people from analog to the vaporking. The one time I had a problem I emailed and it was taken care of immediately. Then earlier this year, a couple of friends of mine had issues with orders they'd placed and of course came to me since I had recommended V4L. I told them to just use the contact us option on the website. Neither of them got any sort of satisfaction. One was ignored all together, and one was informed that since she bought an older model battery that they werent going to replace it even tho it stopped working less than two weeks after she received it. So I wrote to customer service at the old address I'd written to prior and got no feedback at all. So I wrote to the current person doing customer service and her response was curt at best. She also said that she never got an email from one of the people, and since it is cyber space and you cant be 100% sure of things I didnt argue. But I asked my friend if she was sure she sent the email and she said yes and pulled it up in her "sent" folder. So I guess if you dont feel like doing your job, you just say you never got the email. Then I myself ordered a USB Passthru. I got it the day before yesterday. It worked for part of the day yesterday and then not at all today. I emailed customer service. We'll see the response I get. The new customer service girl does not give me hope. SHe's too busy blogging and chatting on the forum. I probably wont hear from her for at least a week. The guy who used to do the customer service..he was aces. The best. I used to love this company, but I'm losing faith. I didnt like the tone of the new customer service woman, and now I'm getting faulty product too. I think maybe they've grown too fast and cant be as good as they used to be. I dont recommend them to anyone anymore. Looking like an ass isnt my favorite thing and they've done it to me twice now. It's pretty sad. I'm at the point with them that I'm at with Walmart - I dont shop there because I want to, but because I have to. This will make me head towards just being totally smoke/vape free much faster. So that I dont have to deal with them anymore. I dont care how successful a company is. When a loyal customer has an issue they shouldnt be dismissed as i feel i was. "
"I was a 1st time vapor customer and decided to go with Vapor4life from the reviews and what my friends were saying. I ordered the 80 dollar manual kit and some extra carts. I called Steve Dohse after I ordered to verify that what I was ordering was going to work for a 2 pack a day smoker and the brand I used to smoked and he informed me that the 32mg's were way too much and go with maybe a 24mg to start cart pack and some 18's and I am glad he did cause the throat hit was perfect and 32's would have killed me lol. I have say WOW I wish I heard about this earlier. My order arrived in 2 days with standard shipping and both my batteries had a full charge right out of the shipping bag, very convenient. The flavors were great and I even got a bonus pack of carts I was not expecting too :) These guys are the best online merchant I have ever dealt with and since I started using the product I have not even wanted a analog at all. I hated how much I smoked and how bad I felt. I tried the patch the nick gum and got sick both times but not so with this product.The only bad thing I can even think of saying and it is not even their fault was the choice of flavor I chose in my 3rd cart pack. I should have realized my mistake but I suspect when mark calls me back he will make me happy and if not I am a big boy and will just remember not to order that flavor again :) good luck to all you guys and Vapor4life...FOR LIFE..."

"This company is awesome, their products are far superior to any other I tried, in fact it was their VaporKing e-cig and amazing flavors that allowed me to completely stop smoking traditional life threatening cigs.
