"The product sent I had no knowledge about the item. After networking with a few people that had the product I learned it was defective. I ordered a few accessories with it that are no use now. Buying any product you will eventually get a defect at some point. This just happened to be that time for me."

"Several of the boxes were crushed, even though the shipping box was in good condition. Obviously shipped in that condition. But, since it's only bags, no harm was done. Regardless, I don't think it's good practice to intentionally ship damaged merchandise."
