Poor Communication. Misled.

"Had multiple "technical problems" order remained processing for over a week. My guess, they didn't actual have the product they were advertising. They eventually offered me two free gifts as a way of apologizing. Packaged arrived a week later 1/14, no gifts. Will never buy from this company again."

Good Value!

"It is nice to be ordering off of a canadian business - faster shipping times, and that!

Everything that I orderred came which is great but I think going forward vapeworld has strong competition so every little thing matters and vapeworld is behind in that department. For instance some other online retailers give free gifts (free candies, grinder, and/or tray with purchases above $100 - $200 is common). Also the packing paper put in the box mailed kind of smelt like tobacco cigarette smoke so that gave me an unprofessional impression of a chain smoker packaging my order which was contrary to the image I had of vapeworld since they have a great online mailing list and that they are an authorized dealer for some of the best vape companies.

So that is my feedback but for the most part they are great! Discrete packaging that doesn't say "vapeworld" or anything like that on the box, they send you an email giving you canada post tracking number, great website with good discounts if you watch it, and I hear they have good customer service as well.

I was billed and the item was never shipped

"I bought a Pax 2 Vaporizer, my debit card was billed, but the item was never shipped. I got a mail saying that my card was fraudulent, but the card actually was billed. They say the charge should fall off in a few days, but it's been more than a month and I haven't had my money back nor the vaporizer. At the end I buy the vaporizer from a particular seller on eBay and I didn't have any problem at all. It's unbelievable that a small particular seller is more honest than a big company as Vapeworld that scam me with 200usd. I don't recommend buying through Vapeworld"

"Fast delivery but confusing address on my credit card account made me question if I had made the purchase. I called the number listed for the charge and it was not in service. Company needs to fix this. I waste my time and the banks time,"
