The camera came on the day promised in perfect condition. "I ordered a Panasonic portable DVD player. They had the best price, and as a first time customer, I used a discount coupon from their website. They kept me fully informed from the inception to the final shipping of the player. Package came on time, very well wrapped, and works fine. I spoke to them on the phone to confirm that the player was in stock as noted on their website, and it was.I then ordered a few days ago an extra battery and a case. I found the battery much cheaper at a few other websites. Vanns wants you to give them an opportunity to meet or beat a better deal. I submitted the cost that I found, which was $50 cheaper, and within a few minutes they responded that they would meet the price, and they discounted the carrying case too, which surprised me. I would most definitely do business with them again."
