"DO NOT TRUST VALUE VISTA! I placed my order on July 9th. It is now August 15th and despite multiple attempts to contact the seller and even submitting a PayPal dispute, I have YET to receive my item, or ever be contacted by the seller. I am now filing a claim, hoping that I can get my money back."

To my surprise I received an email from Value Vista stating that my order has shipped. After numerous emails I am still waiting to hear from them. Their phone number does not have a mailbox and nobody answers. Their website says do not return merchandise to us unless you have been issued an RMA number by our customer service. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is someone who will send merchandise to you and you will not be able to return it. Avoid! this scammer!!!!"
"My experience with Value Vista was very good. It is nice to see that there are sellers out there that keep to thier word about the products they sell and deliver them as promised. I had a negative feedback placed about me due to the seller not keeping up thier part of the sale, so I gave them a negative feedback. This seller researched my sale and found the seller was retaliating back at me because I would not withdraw the feedback. This seller gave me a chance to purchase an item from him. The experience with this seller was 1000% better then before. "
