"I had a horrible customer service experience with this store. The guy who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful, and irritated from the beginning. There was not an ounce of willingness to serve the customer in him. In addition, and to make matters worse, he kept hanging up the phone. From a customer service perspective, this vendor is a nightmare. Hanging on hold for 10 minutes just to get immediate hang ups is not a type of business I want to conduct. I give this merchant 1/10 star. "
