"Stay well away from this company....received a Go Pro Camera as a gift in January and all looked good..until I tried to load the latest software from the Go Pro website, I entered my serial number and was told my serial number was not recognised! I called the Go Pro support line and when I informed them of the issue i was having and gave them my serial number I was told that no such serial number is on any of their items! All serial numbers on GO PRO camears are 15 characters long and mine is only 12 characters long! Go Pro have confirmed it is definitely a counterfeit!
I called Value Basket customer services and when they eventually answered their phones I was told that my warranty has expired even though it was not my warranty I was calling about and rather the fact that they had sold me counterfeit goods! To say their customer service was diabolical is rather an understatement, I was also informed by the call center lady that there were only 2 ladies answering phones in the ENTIRE UK??

"This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a company of any kind. If I could give them no stars I would! I ordered Beats headphones on 22nd March when there were allegedly 4 in stock (usual dispatch time it claims is 3 - 5 days) around 10 days later they had not been dispatched. These were a 30th birthday present for my partner so it was important I got them on time. I never received an email to say that they were out of stock, I was only told after I enquired as to why they hadn't been dispatched. After numerous emails all of which claiming they would dispatch by the end of the week I received them nearly 5 weeks after my order and they were faulty! I got back to them the same day requesting a refund and they said someone would collect the faulty headphones. They eventually collected them and confirmed them as dead stock but not until 15th May when they told me a refund takes around 2 - 5 business days. It has now been 11 business days and they have not even started the refund process, whenever I email them they tell me 'rest assured it will be within the next couple of days'. I just tried to call them and it has been ringing for over 60 minutes to attempt to get through to customer service, I called sales and they answered straight away but told me they couldn't help me and I just received an email asking me to confirm the Paypal address for the refund, if they didn't know that then how have they allegedly been dealing with it all this time?! 10 weeks after I purchased them I have nothing to show for it, all I want now is the money back ASAP as I have had enough."
