"Item (Fuji FinePix X10) never delivered, money never paid back (despite continuous tracking since 2 months). They provide wrong information about the availability of products. They don't pay any taxes (there are based in Hong-Kong), that explains their low prices. They take the money as soon as you order. They answer in french using automatic translators."

"Look for the replacement headphones for my ipod and finally decide to buy Sennheiser Momentum Headphones from Valuebasket as they offered the cheapest price and no extra cost on shipping. The product came exactly as described in 5 days after i placed the order. Perfect match with ipod. Very Happy!"

"The price of my HTC One V mobile was impressively better from valuebasket.com.au than anywhere else. The mobile was ordered on Thursday night, arrived on Monday without any delayed. The mobile works fine with SIM Card. What i can say is great service and fantastic value. Would recommend them to anyone...."

"I recently made my first purchase from Valuebasket.com.au. When I received the order confirmation of my camera, it took 5 days to deliver to my home without any additional cost. Meanwhile they send me the courier tracking number after the goods dispatched. I am happy with the overall process and also saved many dollars on the purchase price."

"Stay well away from this company....received a Go Pro Camera as a gift in January and all looked good..until I tried to load the latest software from the Go Pro website, I entered my serial number and was told my serial number was not recognised! I called the Go Pro support line and when I informed them of the issue i was having and gave them my serial number I was told that no such serial number is on any of their items! All serial numbers on GO PRO camears are 15 characters long and mine is only 12 characters long! Go Pro have confirmed it is definitely a counterfeit!

I called Value Basket customer services and when they eventually answered their phones I was told that my warranty has expired even though it was not my warranty I was calling about and rather the fact that they had sold me counterfeit goods! To say their customer service was diabolical is rather an understatement, I was also informed by the call center lady that there were only 2 ladies answering phones in the ENTIRE UK??

They are frauds so you have been warned!"

"Be careful! If you buy expensive items, they won't be shipped! And then you'll have to demand or whatever... I don't know how these robbers are allowed to sell on the internet.

"Have seen from some reviews mentioned that Valuebasket is offering their products with 3 year warranty, although i don't believe it. I finally called their Customer Services before i made the purchase of my tablet - Nexus 10 16gb. The tablets come with 5 days later after my money debited in my credit card. I like 3 year warranty with my purchase. "

"I recently bought the Nikon D3200 Digital SLR from Valuebasket. Camera was delivered exactly as advertised and no extra hidden costs like Credit card charges, shipping cost. Only 1 thing that need to be improved:- Not many choices on cameras bags i can choose to fit for this camera. I need to buy it from the other shops. Anyway, overall the experience is good!"

"This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a company of any kind. If I could give them no stars I would! I ordered Beats headphones on 22nd March when there were allegedly 4 in stock (usual dispatch time it claims is 3 - 5 days) around 10 days later they had not been dispatched. These were a 30th birthday present for my partner so it was important I got them on time. I never received an email to say that they were out of stock, I was only told after I enquired as to why they hadn't been dispatched. After numerous emails all of which claiming they would dispatch by the end of the week I received them nearly 5 weeks after my order and they were faulty! I got back to them the same day requesting a refund and they said someone would collect the faulty headphones. They eventually collected them and confirmed them as dead stock but not until 15th May when they told me a refund takes around 2 - 5 business days. It has now been 11 business days and they have not even started the refund process, whenever I email them they tell me 'rest assured it will be within the next couple of days'. I just tried to call them and it has been ringing for over 60 minutes to attempt to get through to customer service, I called sales and they answered straight away but told me they couldn't help me and I just received an email asking me to confirm the Paypal address for the refund, if they didn't know that then how have they allegedly been dealing with it all this time?! 10 weeks after I purchased them I have nothing to show for it, all I want now is the money back ASAP as I have had enough."

"The product and service are satisfactory. But they don't provide warranty cards. Anyway the warranty card is valid only in the country where you purchased the product. Thus useless for Singapore customer."

"I searched around all online stores and didn’t see anyone offer 36 Month Warranty as long as Valuebasket.com. Price is always my first concern, but the warranty period is also very important to me. I finally bought Nikon D7100 Camera from them. Product arrived exactly as they advertised. Feel Good!"

"I currently made my first purchase of Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD Headphones from Valuebasket. Once I placed my order, it only took four days to ship to my home and parcel was securely packed. Good Price and happy to receive the headphones as advertised. Would recommend this company to everyone."

"I used ValueBasket for the purchase of a Marantz NR1403 as they were much cheaper there than elsewhere. I was a bit nervous as I'd not used them before, but I was very impressed. Customer services provided regular email updates and even gave me a free delivery upgrade to their express service.
Nice Company. I Love my Marantz."

"My daughter bought himself a Polaroid Z340 Instant Camera with money she had received for her birthday so was a little nervous as not used company before. However, Valuebasket sold this item cheaper than other places and delivered in keeping with their timescales - giving us regular updates with where the delivery was in the process. Excellent service and now my son is happy playing with her new camera!! Thank you."
