I am very pleased with my Art book purchased through Valorebooks on February 2010 because I saved lots of money and the book is in excellent condition. The shipment was very prompt, the experience has been great and I will definetely continue shopping at Valorebooks.

I accidentally sent Valore books the wrong order of books that were supposed to ship to a different company (and vice versa). Since I sent the wrong books, they ended up somewhere in the warehouse unaccounted for. A representative named April was incredibly helpful and assisted me through all of my questions and worries about my books. She alerted me as soon as my books were found in the warehouse and was very friendly over the phone. Thank you Valore books for your honesty, great customer service and care.

Got my order fast! Shipment was in great shape. I was worried because I had entered an incorrect shipping address number (by 1 digit) and contacted them about it. NO problem! The shipment was on my porch ON TIME! I am SO impressed with their products and customer service. Will definitely use them again!

Hi names William, This is my first and last time dealing with Valore Books. First off, you need to include address and phone number for contact us!  
But getting back to my problem now. I sent in my books for buy back on Feb 2 and didn't get an email that it had arrived until the 19th, I am in NC it does not take 18 days to get mail to CA. They did not process my order until the 26th. Way past the 48 hour mark posted to me on that email. on the 27th I get an update letting me know that some of my books did not arrive and one came with no cover? Why in the heck would I send a book with no cover? Come on please explain to me how some books got there and some didn't when they were all in the same box. TAPED UP none the less with packing paper and all. When I send an email for help, I waited all weekend to finally hear something back. Today I get an email letting me know that a check has been sent out for 57.35, So I go from 191 dollars to 57, when all I was asking for was the 134. And yes I wanted to know what happen to the 5 books that didn't arrive, but 57 dollars come on Valore what kind of scam you running here? All together I sent in 17 books, most were perfect never been used with all their CDs and everything, lab books and such. I am getting 57 dollars for all that, don't I feel special. I got scammed out of hard earned money for text books that I can't use anymore.

ValoreBooks is probably the best site to buy used books. They offer a variety of options to choose books from and with which to pay. Of all of the sites I checked, they always find the cheapest re-sellers (for both school textbooks and regular books). I just started using this site during the fall semester and have since purchased virtually all my other books there since. I would recommend this site to anyone and everyone.

I sold a book to valore books in november and have contacted several times I have not received my check and keep getting the run around.

Book was in pretty decent condition, some minor markings. The savings made it worth it though!

I spent several hours online looking for a used  
"Prentice Hall Reader 2009" and all I got were books priced in the high $30 range, the best deal i got was an option to rent one at $25 bucks something.  
 
But then, on a desperate attempt, I clicked on almost every link on the search engine relating to the book and found a BRAND NEW 2010 issue on ValoreBooks.com for just $20. (which was listed on the search engine at $54.25 --- my tip for you: NEVER TRUST PRICES ON SEARCH ENGINES, COME TO THE ONLINE STORE AND LOOK WITH YOUR OWN EYES) More than a bargain to me! Took it without hesitation.  
 
I am still amazed at the fact that they have so competitive prices. For a student like me, prices are all that count.

ValoreBooks can be counted on providing suppliers that deliver high qulaity products on time at a bargain price.

Wonderful site to get textbooks from. I seriously got a book for $2 that would've cost me $104.25 in the campus bookstore! This textbook site was a huge cash saver!

I will NEVER purchase from this vendor again. I ordered my book on January 2 and still have not received the book 16 days later. I paid for priority shipping and received a zero for my first assignment because of them. NEVER AGAIN.
