I contacted them and was direced to a third party that they shipped my textbooks to....they said that they only received the $7 book and not the $83 book. Wrote 7 emails and made 23 phone calls to ValoreBooks and to this day (5\/17\/2013) I have never been contacted by them and have not received a penny for my textbooks. I have sold to Amazon and many other companies and have always been paid promptly.....this company is a total rip-off when it comes to paying for the books you sell them. I saved a substantial amount over the on campus prices, and the service could not have been better! When I had an issue with the return of one of the books at the end of the semester, all I had to do was call Valore Customer service and Edmund immediately took care of it for me. This was a quick, affordable, hassle free way of getting my text books and I would recommend it highly to anybody who needs books for school. While the book got to me very quickly and in the condition they promised, returning the book was initially a nightmare. I emailed the seller (Greatedubooks) twice with no response or refund after almost a month. I know they received the book back because I used Fed Ex tracking like they required. I ended up Emailing Valore Books directly about the problem through their feedback area. Within ONE HOUR I received an email apologizing for the difficulty I was experiencing and was promised they would handle it immediately. By the next day I received several follow up emails from Valore\u0027s customer service folks ensuring that my refund had been processed and again apologized for my inconvenience. To sum up, if you have any problem returning a book to the seller, Valore Books WILL DO A WONDERFUL JOB making sure you are not hassled with and will get your money back swiftly and with no hassle - just like they claim on their website.
