"I ordered 7 books two and a half weeks before classes started. All arrivals were very timely, the books were exactly as advertised, and I saved over $300! I will definitely be back next semester and have already recommended the site to people."

"I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before renting a book from ValoreBooks for my wife. We have ordered from other companies before and were very pleased, this is not the case with ValoreBooks for us. We paid for expedited shipping which seemed pointless based on when it arrived. Also the book came stuffed into a US Postal Flat Rate Envelope which offered no protection to the book and the envelope was damaged all around the edges, luckily the book itself managed to be spared from damage. There was nothing else in the envelope but the book. No packing slip, no rental return instructions, nothing but the book itself. I was very disappointed by this entire experience and even more so when I realized I could not find a contact number for customer service for Valore and then discovered all of the poor reviews for their company. The book we ordered is not the right edition for my wife's course so we want to return it and be refunded for the rental charge as we are within the 30 day return time. I now fear getting the run around or worse getting no where at all. I can assure those at ValoreBooks that if we do not get the service and assistance with our return as we should (and that is according to the return policy of their company) that we will pursue any and all necessary avenues regarding this matter to ensure they are held accountable. I hope to hear from someone promptly so that we can return our order and receive a prompt refund."

"Despite the complaints from other consumers, I've had repeated good experiences with this site and sellers through the site. I believe some of the complaints originate from consumers not understanding what they're ordering--I knew each time I was paying for a low cost international edition, and that's what I got. It always ships new, usually from the other side of the world, but I get the books reasonably fast. Through Valore, I haven't had to return anything."

"Please take my advice and never ever order from this lousy company. I sent 2 emails they never answered I can't ge through on the phone!!! I mailed 2 books back on 12/23 and still have not received my $91.50 I made the mistake of recommanding them to a neighbor who got a response saying she never mailed the books. I will make it my mission to get the word out about this Rip off company!!!!!"

"I am so pleased that I found this site... I was able to order the book I needed with ease; and when I did not receive it when I thought it should have come, I simply sent an emial and got an answer from customer service the next day.. They followed up... I have already recommended Valore Books.com to associates and I will be a returning customer. Thanks for the superior service

"Never ordering from Valorebooks again. I've ordered my textbook weeks in advance for school, i have still yet seen the book. Its funny to see how they sent me an email to track my books, and the tracking number doesn't even open up. Doesn't seem like its being sent through USPS,UPS, or fedex. My textbook price is depended on how many days i rent them for, i don't even have the book and it already started the countdown of the dates. Also, Im very annoyed that the only contact i can have with them are through EMAILS! No customer service #! just emails. that just means they can ignore you as much as they want if they want to. However, they did send me an email when i confronted them about the countdown days.All it said was just an apology for sending the book late and nothing about resolving the issue. Eventually i got tired of waiting for this textbook, i sent them another email saying keep the book, i want a full refund. Hopefully they will email me back. "

"is this a bookstore or a rip-off company. they are ideally form to steal your money. they don't provide shipping labels with tracking number to follow your package, so they will never receive your package and will write you back this email in response to your worry about no news about reception of your package.

"I ordered a book a month before Christmas 2011 and chose an appropriate shipping time table to have my order delivered by the holiday. I was charged for the book but NEVER received my order. I have sent emails to their "customer support" link and received no responses. I also have called customer support and left messages (which have yet to be returned). I want my book, or a refund immediately but have no idea how to get a response from this company.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life. I wish I had read company reviews before I placed my order. I will never shop here again and would encourage anyone who is thinking about ordering here to shop elsewhere."
