I paid priority shipping for an item, never received it, and when I inquired about it received sub-par customer service. I think this book was likely stolen from my building, and both the seller and Valore were unwilling to rectify the situation. The seller, KingsRidgeMedia, told me sorry for my luck but that there was nothing they could do. Valore forwarded my shipping information to the USPS. I'm shocked and appalled that neither of these "businesses" has a policy for stolen items. I will not be shopping with either again.
