Just to let you know - an install how-to video is included with your installation kit on the included CD. You can watch it on a PC (and some DVD players). If you did not get your install CD please email service@vacdepot.com with your order number and mailing address and I will make sure you get it quickly. "I received the product very fast. The vacuum sock did have a problem: About 1/3 of the way, it could not zip any further - too tight. I even tried to zip it from the other end with same result. I have a new 30 ft. Beam vacuum hose, and no matter how hard I try - it will not zip and the seams can be seen being stretched out if I try to force zip it forward.
Since it was impossible to attach, I asked for a refund. Vacdepot.com said to discard the product, and reimbursed me in full. Because they did it without hesitation, and I did not have to return it, I gave them 5 stars. "
