"The way an online order should go. I placed the order. Got an e-mail confirmation. Since I was shipping to an address other than the billing address, they let me know they were confirming the address with the credit company. The package was there when I arrived. Installed the AirVac central vac unit that day. Works like a charm. Vacdepot.com had the best price and was easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them."
