On every picture and even in the manual it states there should be a parent tray and a child tray included with the purchase. I have neither in the purchase, it also stated the tires are shipped deflated for us to inflate slowly, well they was already inflated (like i was buying a used product). I called the Pacific Cycle Company to complain or have the missing items shipped to me and the Customer Service Representative stated that last year when making this Jogging Stroller they decided to not put parent or child tray with the Safari Double Jogging Stroller which isn\u0027t cheap. My question is why does the manual state it comes with them, the pictures show it comes with them & the shipment order shows they are equipped with them.
