"This is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with in over 20 years.I bought a used Razor scooter from them and it did not work. They not only paid to have it shipped back to them but they sent another one to us when the shipping company showed it had been shipped. In a few days the other scooter had arrived. We could not believe it when we opened the box... VMInnovations had sent us a brand new scooter for the price we paid for the used on. WOW, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You will never be sorry when dealing with VMInnovations,I know we aren't!"

"First off I don't normally post things on the web, but... I had such a positive experience with V&M Innovations that I felt I just HAD to say something!
In todays’ marketplace where it seems like folks just don't give a darn and they're in just for the money, it is really nice when a company goes the extra mile to make things right and satisfy the customer, ME!
I had done a lot of researching (leading up to cyber Monday) for some speakers. Not just any ol' speakers, but ones that were meant to fit a specific need (replace the factory OEM speakers in my GM Delco/Bose/Surround sound system).
After checking all the specs and prices, I settled for the Kickers because they came in all the sizes and had the best specs for the price.
V&M's prices weren't the lowest (they were close) and they didn't offer any crazy blowout cyber Monday deals on them either :( But, they did have all of the specs and details laid out nicely and were the only ones to include an additional years warranty on top of the manufacturers one year warranty, making them a "no-brainer" as far as choices go.
I bid on one set during the weekend leading up to Cyber Monday (which was a mistake on my part, I should’ve just clicked the "buy it now") just to try to hold them. That particular item they 'did' have the best price on.
On Monday, even though the price didn't change, I pulled the trigger on the other two items to make sure that I got them. Now all I had to do was wait for the other one, and I'd be all set, right? (Here's where things got a little dicey, read on...)
As it turns out, one of the items I ordered had been sold out and through email I was offered the choice of some other speaker or a refund. Naturally I was disappointed, now I had one of the three items I needed shipping, one I was monitoring to make sure I could win and the other not available. Through the volley of emails we were exchanging, I became confused about just which items had shipped and which ones were out.
After a restless night’s sleep, I called and spoke with Scott (a V&M customer service rep) and he was able to not only straighten out my confusion on my orders, but also assist me in purchasing the final set of speakers needed to complete my project!
Thanks to Scotts courtesy and knowledge I was able to get the products I needed to do my thing! :)
I ordered the other set from another company and everything wound up arriving within a day of each other.
I have never had an experience that (at first seemed like it was going to be a bit of a headache) turn out so well for me!
I think the phone call was the turning point, but hey, talking to people is always a better way to clear confusion than email (IMHO).
Bottom line, I couldn't be happier with the service, products and experience that I got with V&M Innovations and I will definitely shop with them again if they have something that I want. I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family too!

"Really poor customer service for a product which arrived damaged.
Customer service was poor and still has not made good on promises. I'll spare you all the 12 e-mail correspondence, but needless to say I would be very cautious about doing business with these folks."

"Last Oct. at the End of leaves falling ,I bought a refurbished Poulon BMV 2000 Leaf Blower? Vac. Last week I tried to start it with no luck. Took it to a shop.Tore down the engine and it had scored cylinder walls and bad rings. NEVER REBUILT. A total fraud!!"

"Ordered Homelite blower through eBay. No problems whatsoever in payment or delivery. VMInnovations kept me advised about shipment and delivery through multiple emails. Delivery was quicker than promised (within 4 days). Item was in perfect condition and works perfectly. This is a good company to do business with."

"I ordered through EBAY. I had a few problems with the product. Things were fixed with that. However, I had great costumer service, all through emails. Everything was fixed and done fast. I will look into buying more with this company, just on the costumer service I got alone after having a problem . A+"

"Placed an order with this company on 9/30, with the promise that it leaves the wearhouse in 1-3 days. I called in to check on my order having not received any shipping information on my order on 10/6. They "happen" to find my order and say it was delayed due to another company sending them the order information, just as I call, very convenient. I was promised that it would be leaving the wearhouse that day, latest 10/7 in the am. I called again today 10/11 to find out they flat out cancelled my order without telling me. Said the company that supplies the item was now on back order until November. Someone else received my order, and then they cancel mine without notification. Piss poor customer service. "

"My son purchased a megaphone via ebay in Sept 2011. It arrived broken and did not function at all so he contacted VMInnovations to have it exchanged. We paid the shipping back to the company and a few days later we received the replacement megaphone. It too arrived broken - the casing was cracked. This was likely due to the fact that it arrived in the product packaging and not a shipping box. There was no packaging materials at all and no effort to ensure it arrived in good condition.
My son contacted VMInnovations to return it for a refund. We paid to ship it back to the company. We have received a refund for the purchase price but they have not reimbursed any of our shipping charges. So we are out $30 for the pleasure of receiving broken merchandise twice from this company, not to mention the original shipping charges.

They offer merchandise credit on a next purchase but claim it is policy that they don't refund shipping even if the product is defective. This policy is pathetic at best. They don't stand behind the products they sell and I am willing to bet there are a lot of people who have experienced a similar situation. We will be filing complaints with the BBB, Ebay, their local Chamber of Commerce and embark on a social media compaign to spread the word about this company. There is a lot out there already but more needs to be said so that other buyers know what they are getting into."
