I ordered this order and another, both were refurbished coffee pots, one sent to my home and one to my moms. both didnt arrived refurb, both arrived used. when i say used i mean they arrived wet, covered in wet coffee, dirty coffee grounds on them and coffee staining on them. refurb means that they were returned and refurb by the manufacturer or a qualified person and cleaned and tested and any repairs made and ensured working. these were used, not refurb. im planning on putting neg blogs about this online.

Been buying for close to a year now and with each and every transaction I have had 100% satisfaction. Yes there has been a issue or 2 but always have been taken care of to the best customer service available. If all online purchases were this safe I would never leave the house. I recently purchased the double safari stroller & when I unpack it,I was very dis-satisfied with my purchase. On every picture and even in the manual it states there should be a parent tray and a child tray included with the purchase. I have neither in the purchase, it also stated the tires are shipped deflated for us to inflate slowly, well they was already inflated (like i was buying a used product). I called the Pacific Cycle Company to complain or have the missing items shipped to me and the Customer Service Representative stated that last year when making this Jogging Stroller they decided to not put parent or child tray with the Safari Double Jogging Stroller which isn't cheap. My question is why does the manual state it comes with them, the pictures show it comes with them & the shipment order shows they are equipped with them. This is Falsly Advertised (Especially if the decision to keep them off the stroller was made a year from now), I am very dis-satisfied with this purchase and I will make other decisions about how to proceed with this purchase.

The assembly instructions are difficult to understand. Use common sense and you will get together in about half an hour. Another problem is that the see through windows has no camo. I painted them and all looks fine. I haven't used the blind yet but it looks like it is going to work out well. Good pop open when you need it.

At first, VM Innovations seemed like a regular buyout/discount store. I expected the usual slow delivery, and somewhat crude customer service. However, I was willing to deal with that in order to save a few bucks. However, VM Innovations is clearly much better than the competition. I have not dealt with their customer service, simply because I have had no reason to. Their prices are low, sometimes the lowest on the internet. They're shipping is also super fast. I received my order within 3 days of placing it, taking advantage of the free shipping they provided. Overall, I have no complains about VM innovations, only compliments and my most sincere recommendation.

i ordered an amplifier it got to my house when they said it would new in mint condition havent installed it yet so dont kn ow if it functions well but cutomer service is good and the price was the lowest i found (Hifonics brutusbxi1210d)
