"Did not have a good experience with this company!! Decided to sell my phone, looked up the price and confirmed. Within 3 days I had a label in the mail. I sent the phone the next day. It has been 3 weeks and have heard nothing from the company. I sent an e-mail to the company and received no reply. I believe that this is a scam!!!!!"

"I am a believer that great companies still exist!! I contacted usell in response to a advertisement . Due to a mistake, which as we all know, they occur! My order was really messed up, however the experienced staff at usell took control and was able to resolve my issue fairly and quickly! Thanks Jessica, if more businesses practised quality and honesty like usell it would make the world a lot better place to do business!! Try them people, they will stand behind you and their words!!!!!"

"I recently sold my iPhone 4 to Usell.com. I was originally quoted about $115, and after my phone was inspected they told me it came up stolen, and I was furious, for I purchased that phone from a Verizon Authorized Retailer. After thinking about it, and e-mailing back and forth, I realized that I reported it lost/stolen to Assurion, and then the "stolen" label made sense.

Immediately, I thought this was a sketchy business and they were trying to screw me. But, after talking with Mark, who was amazing to work with, very understanding, and helped make this process as easy as possible, we were able to come to an agreement for what i'd take. He actually gave me a little more money after we agreed on a price due to the stress and extra hassle that went along with Assurion labeling it stolen.

Overall, great company, and GREAT customer service!!! Very happy, and will pass the good word on. Look forward to working with, and selling my products, Usell.com."

"I thought the whole process was very efficient. The offer given is up there with other competitors. The constant communication was definitely a plus. There is no extra work for you to do. It's as simple as ship your product and wait for your payment. The best part is your mailed your prepaid shipping materials. I opted for a Paypal payment because of how hassle free the process is. I loved the fact that they tell you once they have received the product, to the point where they have sent your payment. I could understand how people could be weary in times like these. I was super skeptical because like most people I only thought of all the negatives that could happen. With the customer service, and constant communication, I was easily self-assured that everything was legit. I would most definitely suggest the company to a friend."

"I love Usell! They paid me way more money for my iPhone 4 than I thought I could get! This was an amazing experience and I plan on using their site again when I need to sell a device. Very pleased, it was a quick process through mail and it felt like they really appreciated me as a customer. I've definitely been recommending this to friends and family. Thanks Usell!"

"Much to my surprise, as I was quite skeptical, everything went beautifully and very smooth! I was quite nervous to send my expensive phone to people I was unfamiliar with, but I did it any way. Just was promised, I received my mailing kit, sent it back, and within a week of the entire process my money was in my account!! Piece of cake. I would definitely recommend USell to anyone and my advice...DON'T BE AFRAID!!"

"The service I am receiving from usell and cashmycellphone is horrible. I sent my phone in December 18th. I have not been paid. Cashmycellphone wont even respond to my inquiries. usell claims cashmycell phone issued a check on December 28th. It is not February 15th, still no check. on top of all this, usell is non responsive now. I am telling everyone I know, NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE. There is literally no customer service."

"I would highly recommend Usell.com to anybody who needs some quick cash for their unused cell phones and especially the iPhones! They work quick on they part of the deal, the moment they receive your phone within the same week you will receive your check, my word of describe Usell, is awesome and I love this site, thank you Usell, only Usell like no other! ;)"
