"Chris was great to deal with and returned calls promptly. I bought a super loaded Macbook Pro with antiglare screen (hard to find!) and it's everything it was supposed to be. Beautiful piece of gear with incredible pricing (I know because i looked for a long time!). I'd definitely go back there to buy my next piece of gear.

"Used Mac Reseller is the best! I will never be purchasing from the Apple store or paying retail pricing for a computer or Apple equipment again. I have bought two computers from Used Mac Reseller in the past year and am beyond pleased with their condition and performance. They arrived packaged securely, and I have not had the first issue with either machine. I have purchased both an IMac and a MacBook Pro from Used Mac Reseller. I would recommend this company, and have, to my friends and family and anyone interested in purchasing Apple products at an unbeatable price."

"I thought I'd share the email I sent to Chris, the owner of Used Mac Reseller after our recent purchase experience with them. He made me aware of this site and asked if I'd be willing to post my experience here for others to see. I am happy to do so, and decided to just copy the email I sent to him.

Hi,

I want to take a minute to drop you a note about our recent order with you (Order#1494). We recently made the decision at our church to take the plunge and convert to Mac for all of our administrative, weekend production, website, creative & performance teams. This meant replacing our main presentation desktop, as well as our administrative desktop. I knew what we wanted as far as specifications, and that through the Apple store, we were looking at approximately $4,000 and could upgrade the system storage & memory in the future at approximately another $500-600.

This was just too much to tackle for a small but rapidly growing church, and we decided to look into purchasing used hardware. The horrific reviews we encountered nearly drove us away from pursuing this strategy. (As a matter of fact I gained purchase approval from our board for another site and made the call to cancel the order and look again based on information we found about the seller).

I kept returning to Used Mac Reseller because of the straightforward layout and simple ordering process. I finally asked for and received a “go” on ordering from you – said a quick prayer & hit the purchase button. Just a day or two later I received a call from your staff making sure our order was right and letting me know that it was going out that day. Tracking #’s followed and within a week both the 27” iMac & MacBook Pro arrived. We received two late model Macs with all the upgrades on our wish list for a total shipped price under $2,000!

The packaging was like Fort Knox, the specs were right on, (or better in the case of operating system!), and the units were in pristine condition. We have had both Macs in operation for the past week and they are running flawlessly. Any fears I might have had prior to this order never materialized. My experience with your website, staff and product has been excellent in every instance and I can’t wait to convert our children’s program to Mac. You can count on Grace and Truth working with you for that purchase as well.

"I bought 2 Macbook Pro's from this company. The machines look brand new, I would never be able to tell that they were used. The price was 1/2 of what you would expect to pay, but the quality was 110% of what you would expect. The shipping was very fast, and the packaging was awesome, custom made,cushioned boxes that fit the laptop perfectly. I have already sent a few friends to buy from them, wouldn't look anywhere else now. Great product for a great price, Thanks!"

"These guys are awesome. They have excellent customer service, and the cinema display that I bought from them is really nice and the screen is really clear and crisp. I have recommended this company to my friends already, and I figured I would write a review to recommend it to other people too. I trust Used Mac Reseller to sell really great apple products. "
