"Ordered 2 parts. I can understand the long postal time, but one didn't work at all,the other had a fault, I've had to return them for a refund minus my postage costs. It's been lots of hassle & expense for nothing & I couldn't afford to use them again. As a small plus point, they replied to my email promptly & efficiently."

"Looked at the ratings here because I saw and older driver that I need to replace. I was wondering whether to trust all the great or all the bad reviews. I just had a look at their website: get this: under language settings: the british flag for Deutsch (german) the supposedly french flag (needs to be vertical) assigned to Italian. Hhmmm not sure wheter to trust...."
"After waiting almost 4 weeks, I received the wrong $35.00 part. I emailed them asking why it was a different part number than what I ordered and was surprised when they returned my email promptly offering exchange or refund.
But here's the deal: Even though the mistake was theirs, they cannot refund or exchange without you sending the part back. What they shipped to the US for a few dollars would cost $50.00 to send back to China (and have an 8 week turn around). So beware - if you make a mistake - yer screwed. If THEY make a mistake you are equally screwed and they know it."
"I would reccomend you not to buy from this company, they will not give you a tracking number, so your taking there word that they sent it or even when they claim, as well as after you ask for this a few times they ignore your emails all together, this company sucks and should be forced to shut down."

I rarely do reviews because of my lack of time but I just needed to really inform everyone about this Devilish Company. Seriously, how did these people rate this company 5 stars, did they receive pleasure in return. The company is in Singapore and they get there parts from China, more of a reason not to buy. Their parts are not the same as they illustrate or describe. I receive countless defective parts, mostly because they wouldn't fit appropriate. So I stop after my third order."
"I was skeptical at first. I ordered 3 used inverters from PCHub for in shop jobs. Got a great price and quality product. Product was shipped next day, delivery was slow (due to post not vendor it took 2 weeks). I was very satisfied and will buy again. Thanks PCHub. Dennis"
"I made an order for four items for my Dell inspiron from PcHub at 12/24/2010, i've ordered :
1. LCD Hinge 2. 15.6" LCD Front Bezel 3. 15.6" LCD Rear Case 4. Button Cover,Cover For Power Button
i received the invoice and the shipping reference next day which told me that that items should arrive in 2 weeks, and i got my items today after 9 days only which was pretty fast to come from Singapore to Egypt, the items came with fair packing and it could be better as i had some mild scratches on the rear cover and two broken legs of the Button Cover ( which is not a big deal for me as it worked fine though), The items was 100% as described and thanks to that my laptop return as new once again,
Totally it was a good experience dealing with them and for sure i will deal with them again in the future."
"This really is the worst place. I ordered a hinge for a laptop. 3 weeks later, I contacted them to find out what happened to the hinge. They stated I needed to wait 4 full weeks before making an inquiry. After 4 weeks, I make an inquiry. Their website said they have the availability to do a tracking with the shipper, and I demanded this information.
They did not such thing, gave me no status, no reason. The next thing I know they refunded my purchase, but not the shipping...... terrible."
