"A completely positive experience with UsedMacs, the previously owned G5 tower I purchased was exactly as described and even came with a bit more RAM to boot. As someone who never buys my Macs new I'll definitely be doing my business with UsedMacs in the future.

"David was very responsive to my initial inquiries about an 8-core Power Mac and answered all of my questions thoroughly. After some soul-searching and some Google searching I determined that while the 8-core would be nice, it'd be overkill for what I was doing. I decided to go with a nice quad-core and upgrade the memory, which David did for less than I can get memory anywhere else. I went with a model that had a "bent" handle and asked David to send me a few photos, which he happily did. I laughed when I saw the pictures; I couldn't see any noticeable damage at all! I guess they're just really picky, which is great for me. He also informed that they test the models with aesthetic "damage" more thoroughly than the unblemished models just to make sure there are no problems. The computer arrived 2 days earlier than promised and when I opened the case I'd swear it was brand new; EVERYTHING was immaculately cleaned. I put it in my 2 new 1TB hard drives and it's been running smoothly ever since. The only problems I've encountered were software issues; the Mac is working flawlessly!"

"UsedMacs.us is a very efficient reseller of Apple computers, and I was very satisfied with their service. When I needed a question answered about the computer and shipping options, the gentleman that assisted was very cordial and helpful. More important, the price of everything was extremely reasonable and my package was shipped without any major snafus. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a quality used Mac."

"I bought a used MacPro 2.66 from UsedMacs back in September 2009. It works great and I run both Mac and Windows on it. I got it fast and the price was great. I will get my next computer from UsedMacs.us too."

"The whole process was straightforward and worked well. When I had specific technical questions about the Mac, I was able to speak on the phone with a well informed person [the guy who runs the business, I think] and he was able to provide good answers. This is a big plus!"

"The customer service representative at UsedMacs, David, had very good follow-through skills, as he called me several times to ensure that I would order the correct amount of RAM for both my budget and computing needs. I didn't know much about this product, and he helped me understand it. Additionally, my product shipped rather quickly, and I was very happy with the result. (Much faster computer!) Payment through PayPal was also rather convenient."

"I ordered a power cord for my PowerBook G4 last month and had a great experience ordering from UsedMacs. I saw the item on their website and wasn't sure it was what I needed so I called. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I proceeded to order the item and it was priced very well!

I received the power cord in a dat or two which I was not expecting since it was coming from the other side of the country but I was pleasantly surprised. The cord was in perfect condition and works great. I would definitely order from UsedMacs again in the future! "
