"Excellent company and great prices! After I received my order, I realized I ordered the wrong part. I emailed them to see what my options were as far as exchanging, even explained it was my fault. They took the wrong parts back without issue and sent me the correct parts at no charge to me, even though they were insignificantly more expensive.
Overall a great company to do business with and I will definitely do business again! Not to mention their low prices, which is why I chose them in the first place."

When I attempted to install the drive in my computer I found the drive had almost 10,000 hours on time already logged plus a slug of bad sectors. In other words the drive is complete junk and worthless. Nowhere did it say this was a used drive, nor does it say so on the receipt. Beware what you buy from these people I am not a happy camper.

"first off i would like to say that they advertised free shipping. when i went to order, no free shipping was available. i called them monday and was able to get the free shipping. 2nd, they advertised major brand ddr333. i recieved a brand called Kahlon. i never heard of the company, called and asked the representative and she said she never heard of it either. so i go to return it asking for samsung. they wrote me back and said their only have elixir and hynix and they were sorry to hear that the Micron memory wasnt compatible with my system! i told them i can wait if they have plans to get some more samsung ddr333, otherwise to send the elixir. lets see if they can at least do that right.
Update they sent me some elixir and system is running fine. still very angry they did not refund me for sending the crap RAM back. buyer beware of these scam artists!"
