"Made order on 11/30. Got an email on 12/16 informing about shipping of item. Have not received item to date (01/16). Tracking number included in email was a fictitional tracking number, UPS says it doesn't exist. Phone number (the 1-866-567-2665 contact number) is not in service. Website shows online chat services but although it is within the time frame it says it is operational, it is offline. Several emails have not been answered beyond the auto form email sent out. Seems the only thing they are capable of doing is charging my credit card. DO NOT use this company."
"An utterly unprofessional company. Ordered scrubs and boxes of personal items shipped to Caribbean school. Did not receive the scrubs but credit card was charged. That can be disputed. The boxes of personal items were never shipped to the school, so I am out the cost of the items in the boxes. Called and emailed numerous times. Never received the courtesy of a reply. They have no regard for customers. I am looking into legal action to compensate me for the items that they stole."
"I was stupid not to look this merchant up on Resellerrating.com, because I would have never placed my order with them. Placed order on 9/10/13 - received confirmation that it will ship in 3-5 days; 10 days later nothing, they do not reply to my e-mails and do not pick up the phone - I am calling my CC to place the charge in dispute. "UTTERLY TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a set of nursing books and specifically selected the expedited shipping. I ordered on Monday Aug. 26th and did not get them until 9/9!!!! I tried calling and emailing them after a week of ordering, wondering what was going on with no contact back. I finally got a shipping confirmation just a few days before 9/9 when they arrived. They also took my money right after I ordered, so re-checked my bank account a few days later and it looked as though they didn't so I assumed something was wrong and tried contacting them repeatedly with no explanation. Finally, the day my books arrived to my apartment, they took the money back out of my account!!! No notice or anything. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!NOTE: Everyone who had such a terrible experience should report them to the Better Business Bureau! This is unacceptable!!!"
"University Books did not help me one bit! I ordered a book on the 22nd of May and got a confirmation e-mail but didnt hear anything for another week and a half. I e-mailed their 'customer service' department and got an automatic reply e-mail saying they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Two weeks have gone by and I had heard nothing so I called their customer service department and nobody is ever there to pick up the phone. All the extensions go to the same number and they wont ever call you back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
"An absolutely awful company. I ordered one medical textbook through them, because they were the only company I could find that offered to ship to the Caribbean. The order was placed on May 13th annd my money was taken, but the book was never shipped. I waited for over 3 weeks and called repeatedly. The phone line on the website provides the option to reach several different departments but they all lead to the same extension (Barbara Kelsey). She was almost never available. Emailing the company proved just as frustrating. On the off-chance I was able to get through to someone, I would be told that it was going to ship on the Wednesday or Thursday of that day. I was promised that it would ship that week 4 times. It never shipped. I was told that the expected date of arrival was May 24th, and I'm still waiting on June 3rd. I am now in the process of cancelling the order.Just a terrible, terrible company. I would strongly suggest avoiding ordering with them. "
"This is the WORST online bookstore I have ever dealt with. I ordered about 2/3 of my nursing books through this website because they were a little cheaper than amazon. I ordered the books on the 18th, and while all of the other books I ordered through amazon arrived in a timely manner, I had to call and demand to know the status of my order after waiting 11 days for the books to arrive. Their "saver" shipping just means that they can be as lazy as they want to be with your order. Then, on the 31st, they finally called to tell me that 5/6 of my books were not in stock, and they did not know when they would receive these books in stock. The only thing they could tell me is that they would ship them out to me within 3-5 days of THEM getting the books in stock. I have never been so upset with an online bookstore. Also, the extensions that they offer only go to 2-3 people total... one time when I called, I got through to voice mail after calling customer service.I had to pay an addition $65 when I finally cancelled my order (because I needed next day delivery from Amazon) But at least I know that Amazon will deliver my book on time for my classes to start!"
