"Yet another vendor here on the internet that advertises a product for sale, and even says they have it in stock for immediate shipment, only to find out they do not have stock on the item. Then they cancel my order without my consent, without asking whether I'd like to wait for the product. I take a gander at their website 2 days later and they still have the same item for sale, advertised as in stock, when they don't have stock!Talk about an unethical and deceptive way of doing business! These guys will never see another dime of my money. You should avoid them at all costs, too! Don't support businesses that are run in this fashion!"

It's a guessing game as to whether your shipment has shipped or not. I suggest buying on America Express should you never receive your shipment because NO person will call you back with any updates. "I am currently involved in the worse service / customer relation situation with this company Universal Mania, Inc. It is a complete and unnecessary nightmare. I suggest you think twice about ordering from this company. I needed a simple cable for my V.I.O Camera to attach the head unit to the DVR its a cable that can not be bought locally in my town or nearby city.The camera is a specialty system for point of view extreme sport filming. I need this cable to use my camera for an event my business was hired to film on Wednesday April 18, 2012, on April 13, 2012 I realizd the cable was defective. So I ordered it from Universal Mania Inc, with 2nd day delivery to make sure I had it on time I am on a tight budget business has been slow so I basically took the money I would use for food and my medication to purchase it and pay for 2nd day delivery. The nightmare begins now. At the end of day on April 13th they day i ordered and paid for the item. Universal Mania Inc, they refunded my money I didn't find out about this until Monday morning when I asked about the tracking number for my order. The rep said my pay pal address was not confirmed it was an error on there part. The rep by the name of Venus said re order it and she kindly sent me a link now we are at Monday. I immediately did this with Urgency we are still in the morning. Again I emailed asked about the tracking number Monday evening at 6pm I finally get a response as I've been waiting on a Tracking number for 2nd day delivery. Been waiting all day. As this job on Wednesday is my only form of income for the rest of the month and i've used my food money and medication money to pay for the part. Business has been slow and i'm recovering from an Achilles tendon injury and was unable to walk and workfor 2 months. Well To my amazement the rep told me my address with pay pal is not correct or confirmed yet again. I immediately checked it and even took a screen shot to prove it was correct. The rep then stated please check it again my supervisor who's name is Mike says the address is wrong and still refused to expedite my order. I did explain the rep my urgent situation. After calling pay pal, logging in and verifying it these folks at Universal Mania, Inc still did not ship my item. Its almost like they don't know how to pick up a phone call and verify it over the phone and verify an address for delivery or better yet put there glasses on and see that the address is correct. I had just recently ordered and received an item from ebay and other sources many times over the 10 years I had this same account with pay pal never an issue. I took a second look at my original order confirmation that was issued by Universal Mania, Inc and their own Invoice reflected my correct address which is the same address confirmed on my pay pal. So it is my opinion that Universal Mania, Inc was unable to obtain my item for shipping from there supplier and instead of being honest and truth full beat around the bush to make it impossible for me to meet my deadline of obtaining the item by Wednesday April 18th, 2012 as there is no other explanation to this horrible customer service that has costed me my income for April 18th, I am self employed and struggling day to day and this job on April the 18th was important for me to survive until the end of the month. I'm living on ends meat and needed the revenue from this job for survival. Still with the injury not completely healed I have medical expenses and if i don't do this job i don't know how I will make it. After they dragged it on and on its now 6:45pm eastern time and its impossible for me to obtain the item from another source as they have my money and I don't have enough money to get the item from another supplier until i get a refund from Universal Mania Inc,. The final conclusion is Universal Mania, Inc has put me in a really bad situation. I do not have the cable i needed and no money to try and order the item from another company and no time to allow it to arrive.I've lost out on the job that was going to earn me enough money to cover my expenses for the remainder of the month, my medical treatment and a few misc bills. I will be completely broke as of Wednesday. I will also be suffering as I won't have the money to obtain my medical needs. I do not have health insurance i am a self pay individual. I did a google search for the BEST price, including shipping.I came across Universal Mania's website - had never heard of them before.........Since price was the deciding factor I decided to give them a chance.I was pleasantly surprised! The ordering process on their website was easy and stress-free. The 2 fans I ordered came in 3 days, fully intact and as advertised. The shipping charge for TWO fans was awesome! Their price on the fan was 10-30 dollars cheaper than all other sellers of this item.
