"I got a whole bunch of appliances for UAKC since I was remodeling my whole kitchen. Unfortunately, they fell way sort of my very reasonable expectations.
These guys are utterly unprofessional and don't know how to run a business. I paid almost 10K on range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc. They just couldn't handle thing in a professional manner. Everytime something would get shipped, there would be items missing. They would make promises and give me dates that they would revise once the deadline was there.
If you want to save yourself the hassle go somewhere else and buy your appliances.
I wih I could give the ZERO stars, because this is what they deserve."

"worst experience, they charged me for the dishwasher, that they didnt hv with them to sell, even after waiting for month after month for 4 months,....false promises, and just a run around....hate them totally....worst people to do business with."

"Do not buy from UAKC. We went in to buy washer/dryer because we saw their online special. Paid for full in the store. Only to find out a day later that they couldn't honor their price. Of course they want us to pay more and take another brand's washer/dryer. We declined and asked for money back. it's been 2 weeks now and we have not seen our refund yet.
Do not fall for false ad and bait and switch from UAKC.

"terrible experience. ordered a brand new microwave oven. received a used, damaged one with parts missing. spent a lot of time on phone and email with them. nasty people there. promise to send me replace ment. after several months, they still say the parts is back order. I called the manufacture, and found they had the right parts in stock. "

"I am very satisfied with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. I purchased a refrigerator from them at great price, and it was shipped to me at the given estimated time. The whole process was easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!! "

"Terrible experience.Ordered Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator for new house in early December 2009 with instructions for delivery in 1st week of 2010. They finally arrived at the end of January.The worst part of the experience was the fact that the sales people actually lied repeatedly about the status of the order, claiming that it had shipped when it hadn't.Dryer was delivered with a couple of dents in it, the carriers fault not theirs, but repeated emails with pictures of the damage have been completely ignored.If you want any kind of customer service avoid this company like the plague...."
