posted Jan-18-2012 “This customer did order an intercom system from us and later called and left a message that her electrician was having a hard time installing the system. We offered to have our Installation Manager call and walk the electrician through the installation. Ms. O'Hern then said that the electrician did not have the ability to continue the job and she wanted to send the whole system back.
We did remind her that our Return Policy states that if the system had been installed that it would need to be serviced NOT returned. However the manufacturer agreed to have the customer send the system back to them for inspection. We were told by the manufacturer after several phone calls and emails to them; to just refund the customer her money minus restocking fee. This refund is scheduled on 01/20/12. We have told Ms O'Hern that we would call her as soon as the refund has been processed on 01/20/12.”

posted Jan-18-2012 “Woodman72 purchased 2 door chimes that were packaged inside a larger box w/ additional packaging. He reported that one chime was damaged...he returned a chime that was in pieces with no damage done to the box that it was shipped in. We had to contact the manufacturers rep to inspect the product. We did refund the monies owed to this customer w/out a restocking fee.”
