I have to say that my purchase from Unique Photo was an extraordinarily good experience!!! I saw a Unique Photo promo for the Sony Action Camera AS-10 at a price that was simply too good to be true. I had never heard of Unique, so I was highly skeptical about ordering. I truly expected the old NY up-sell call, or sorry that price is no longer available email, but the price was so good that I took a chance (used PayPal so I had some leverage if there was a problem). Instead of problems, I received an instant email confirmation and 2-days later, a brand spanking new camera showed up at my door!!! Online buying the way it should be!!! I am very pleased with the price and no-hassle service I received from Unique Photo and highly recommend these folks. "Never heard of this vendor until I saw they had been selling Sigma lenses for e-mount cheaper than anyone else. Ordered one lens one morning, it was here two days later, shipped USPS first class. The packaging was as compact as needed while still fully protecting the product, not like when Amazon sends you a box 10x bigger than the item. The lens was as advertised, brand new and fantastic. And the price was simply awesome.
The only problem with the order? The USPS decided to not scan the package for two days as it moved from NJ to VA. The first time it shows up in tracking history it was already at a local sorting center. This is the USPS' fault of course, but to their credit, at least they did deliver it on time and the packaging showed zero signs of abuse. "
