reply posted Dec-29-2012 “I apologize for the slow shipping, however, Christmas delivery was not guaranteed. If you read the information on the info/shipping/returns page you will see that the tapestry throws have a slow delivery rate when not in stock during the holiday season. (Stock levels start to drop during the month of November.)
On your order which did ship on 12/28/12 you were given a 5.00 good faith discount on an item selling for 48.95, if you check the completed charge on your credit card. This was because we had been promised earlier delivery, by the factory, on all of our orders dating prior to 12/12/12 and felt bad that the delivery schedule had not been met, not because we made any promise to our customers.
Had you emailed or called our customer service you would have been given that information. You did receive an automatic email from our system regarding shipping on 12/28/12.”

If you check our shipping information on the information page, located at http://www.unique-treasure.net/info.html, you will see that normal shipping is two to ten business days. This page is also available by clicking on the 'about us/info' button located at the top of every page of the website. Your order was placed on 11/10/2011 which at present is only five business days. I have checked with the factory and your order is due to be shipped on Friday, November 18, 2011. I would have been happy to get this information for you at any time, however, did not see a problem since it was still well within the shipping timeframe.
Addendum: No contact was received inquiring as to the status of this order.”
"My item was ordered on December 9, 2012 and still had not reached it's destination on December 29, 2012. Totally unacceptable!"
