posted Aug-03-2010 “In our listing, we stated two different versions on iphone which are neverlocked and software unlocked. You bought the software unlocked version and your customer must have try to upgrade the firmware which might caused the phone to locked.
Please be aware of the different versions and resell the right items to your customers.
