I ordered what I thought to be a new Nexus One (the price is for a new one!) but received a box that was already open, and the card that came with the phone had songs on it already that proved it had been used before. For the price I paid, the price of a new one, I would think I would get just that, a new one! VERY disappointed.

i bought some camcorders from uniqbe and i'm very satisfy with their service level. Price reasonable and good packing & delievry.  
 
For those with complaints over here, its better to say out your invoice orders as well so the uniqbe can response to you. Otherwise its just those baseless claims. Just my little advice.

DO NOT dropship with Uniqbe. Bad rating. I only ordered 3 items from them, and had 2 complaints, one of a cheap import version camcorder, and a faulty phone which broke a month later. Amazon closed my seller account indefinitely and suspended my funds which I paid out my own credit card. I want to warn others thinking of using their dropship service to stay away. I do not recommend them at all. In fact, don't dropship from any chinese supplier.

Extremely fast delivery and got exactly what I paid for. I would buy here again and recommend this retailer.

These guys truly have great service.  
Handling / processing is quick, and very efficient / consistent. I'll admit that I wish they had more competitive pricing to allow for a larger profit margin and so that I could offer more competitive pricing. However, aside from that - Uniqbe is truly a GREAT drop-shipper.  
 
I will admit that for my market (never locked iPhone 3GS), I have yet to ever find a supplier that is both legitimate and cheaper, I just still (perhaps naively) want to believe that there is cheaper pricing out there.  
 
Everything is pretty clear cut and easy to work with. Nice to be able to offer such fast shipping to customers for such a low price.  
Shipping via FedEx is consistently very fast (literally 1 - 2 days to the US on all of my US customers), and they only charge $24.20 for that.  
 
I have placed a total of 6 orders now with Uniqbe. They are extremely efficient and professional - every time.  
 
Don't shy away because they are in Hong Kong - many many legitimate companies are, it's mostly the mainland China that you've got to stay away from. My customers have been happy each and every time, and I do plan to keep using Uniqbe as my supplier.  
 
I must have asked the different reps at this company 1000 different specific questions, and it seems that they are still willing to put up with me so far!  
 
 
Thank you Uniqbe for being one of the extremely few legitimate iPhone suppliers in a sea of fraud, and for your EXCELLENT service!!

I purchased 10 phones from them in september - I asked if it will work for 3G networks for my country (Canada) - they said yes and they were supposed to be unlocked. I got them out of which 6 were not unlocked - after hassling with them they fixed the unlock codes for me. BUT NONE of the phones support Canada's 3G band and hence I was stuck with phones that wouldn't support 3G. When i asked they said I should have checked this, but i explained that I already did with them. Now they would not take my phones back nor offer comment. OVERLY priced stuff and useless support at the end. Not really recommended

I got 3 phones OPEN BOX. 2 of them DOA. Accessories NOT ORIGINAL. Battery is FAKE. and instead of black one I got pink red (for girls)

Uniqbe are a very professional and slick organisation. All the staff are very helpful, and if you should have a problem will do their utmost to rectify it. The products provided are exactly as advertisied, and shipping is quick and efficient 5*

I ordered for unlocked phones and Uniqbe sent locked phones to my customer. When I asked Uniqbe to take the phones back they told me that my customers can unlock the phones themselves and that there was nothing wrong with the iphones.I have seized dealing with them. Meanwhile I lost the valuable . Bad experience.
