First they said we needed to pack the item up (it was a BIG rain barrel - the box is large enough for a refrigerator), drive it to FedEx\/UPS and pay to ship it back. "For items weighing less than 40 lbs, that's our policy." We demanded to talk with a supervisor and they finally agreed to have their warehouse schedule a pick up. <br><br>Then they stalled for two weeks while their 30 day return period expired. And told Amazon (we ordered through them) that we'd failed to respond within the allowed time period. All the while we were getting "expect to hear back from us soon" emails in response to our requests for status updates.<br><br>We filed a claim with Amazon and got a refund.<br><br>We will NEVER do business again with this company. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A+ rating but had to get involved in 112 consumer cases in the last 3 years. Huh? (And that count doesn't include problems like ours that were finally settled by Amazon or another third party seller.) <br><br>Avoid all dealings with UnbeatableSales.com.
