Their products (Vision Pro in my case) are excellent, well manufactured items. On one order I had 3100K HID lights. When I installed the lights they were of a different shade of yellow from each other. When I called UBL to inquire about the difference, the salesman said that this sometimes happens and he shipped out a new bulb (the same day) and it matched the yellower bulb of the two I had previously received. UBL stands by its products and makes good on any deficiencies.
