"PLEASE READ THE EDIT ALSO
Ultra Products is horrible with rebates DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT A REBATE. They said i had the correct rebate UPC code and everything but there was no rebate promotion going on during that time. When i have the pdf file of the promotion stating the exact date i purchased was within the promotion period. After months and days of talking to them on the phone and online they just started to ignore me after hanging up on me. Saying let me talk to my manager and then putting me on hold and hanging up instantly after. ULTRA REBATES is horrible void like the plague. Trust me if you don't believe my claim let me tell you that ive gotten every rebate that ive submitted up till now except ultra's.

After talking to Jon through email I eventually received my rebate."

"I bought the item from Fry's, but had run out of time to return it to them for RMA, and so contacted Ultra directly. Their customer forum is excellent, and after describing my problem they issued an RMA right away. The combination of a responsive online forum and efficient RMA process is excellent, and I have no hesitation in commending Ultra for their efforts on behalf of their customers."

"I had an absolutely terrible time with ordering from ultra products. it was a bit hard to find what i wanted on their website and then when i finally did and ordered from them they double charged my bank card. I found out that they double charged me and called them to tell them to take off the chrge that same day, as i needed my money to pay off bills that are due very soon. They said they would have it taken care of that day, but of corse i check my bank acount today and i am still down a considerable amount of money. I even sent an email as well and have not recieved a response yet, and the 48 hour response period promiseed is drawing nearer and nearer.
It took almost 2 weeks for me to get the money back from the double charge -_-"
