"I will preface and say that I bought these chairs completely online basis. I have never met or been to this company before. The process for ordering was easy, and explained well by the owner Roman. I was a little skeptical about buying something sight unseen, and paying money to someone which I don't know. But rest assured, Roman and his team are perfectly honest and professionals at what they do.

I ended up purchasing the Fusion Lagoon series chairs in bonded leather. All product was packaged well, and no damage to the chairs. The chairs shipped from NJ to NC using ABF Freight. The ABF driver arrived on time, unloaded, and dollied all six chairs into our garage. We carried all the chairs up to the second floor, and assembled them in the media room. The chairs are nice and cozy. I am 6'1", and I fit in the chair fine (although probably 6'2" is about max height for this chair). Overall, I feel I got a great product, good service, and good value. If you are considering Lane, or any other "mainstream" chair, my personal opinion are these chairs are better constructed and much better quality. "

"Roman has excellent communication with me throughout the purchase. The shipping was great and arrived on the exact day specified.The theater chairs were in perfect condition and I'll be going the Ultimate Home Theater in the future for me needs. "

"Far too many negative reviews of the other companies online for me to order from them. Found out about Roman and UHE, searched and found the many positive reviews. He was very prompt with email and/or phone responses. Purchased 8 of the Fusion Lagoon chairs in early February. Spoke with Roman about holding the chairs due to contractor delays in finishing our basement, and he had no problem doing so (ended up being for 6 weeks and no additional charges). Received the chairs 3 days after calling Roman. Delivered by ABF, very friendly, undamaged. Simple assembly of chairs, very comfortable! Couldn't be happier with the company, especially Roman, and especially the chairs!"

"I have used the Fusion-Lagoon left and right power reclining armchairs for six months and I'm very pleased with the experience, particularly considering the price point. The seats wear well, are comfortable, the feeling of the leather is very smooth and luxurious, the recline is very generous, the power mechanisms sound healthy, and customer support is always there. I picked these items myself (unpacked they fit my GenII Prius) so I have no experience with their delivery service.

Overall this has been a good experience and I would easily buy again."

"Wow. If you would have told me a month ago that I would order something without a) ever seeing the merchandise, b) ever meeting of talking with the seller in person or on the phone, and c) have to wire money to them, I'd think you were crazy.

Well thats exactly what happened here. I communicated entirely through email with Roman, with almost all emails returned within 12 hours, most much quicker. Roman made recommendations based on my budget and took time to explain to me why there were certain features I didn't think I needed and why they were worth the money. He was never pushy to try to upsell me to something I didn't need. Prices were unbeatable as well.

Needless to say, I got my invoice in the AM one day, wired money in the PM, and had my chairs the next morning. Awesome!

I wouldnt think about shopping elsewhere for theater chairs. "

"Had a great experience with Roman and Ultimate Home Entertainment! Roman was extremely helpful and available, I would (and actually plan to) do business with him again. The chairs arrived quickly (really quickly) and with no damage, assembly was simple, and quality is very impressive, especially for the price. I'm sitting in one of my "Fusion" chairs now and wondering how I sat on my old couch for so long, this is the way to go! "

"I heard of Roman via avsforums during my search for HT chairs. He had glowing reviews over there. I decided to take a chance and talk to him. Roman was exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and concerns. He asked me multiple questions so that I could get the best chairs to fit me and my house.

We ended up with 6 chairs of the Fusion Jive 1013 in the espresso brown leather/vinyl combination. He shipped the chairs in record time and I receive them pretty quickly. The boxes were a little damaged due to the trucking company but the chairs were in perfect shape. They are comfortable, well made and wife-OK'd too. :) I am extremely happy with them and the entire family is enjoying the new media room and the new chairs.

"I ordered 7 seats for my home theater project and am very happy with Roman and Ultimate Home Entertainment. The seats arrived pretty fast - just a few days after I ordered them in great shape. I tested them out with a small superbowl party and received plenty of compliments on how great the seats are. I was a bit nervous about ordering furniture online without sitting in it 1st but Roman is very helpful on the phone during the research phase in making sure I was going to be happy with the choices I made."

"I am writing this rating after six months of use of the Fusion Escape Theater seats by Ultimate Home entertainment. Everyone is excited when they first get something. I would rather experience the product for a while before writing a review.

Before I discuss the seats, let me first say that Roman Shenkerman is knowledgeable, responsive, and is genuinely concerned that his customers select the right seating and are happy with the product. Roman was a large Berkline dealer. When Berkline went out of business, Roman designed his own seats.

I had tried many theater seats and was close to buying Palliser seats. I read many strong recommendations of Roman's products. I called him. We spoke several times and exchanged a number of emails. He volunteered that in my environment the lighting of the buttons might be too bright, and he had a fix for that in the works six months down the road. (we ordered anyway and put windshield tinted film over the buttons--problem solved.) In the new systems the button lights can be turned off.

In my case, I could get leather/match seating, with power recline and power headrest for less than a manual Palliser with cloth fabric on sale. Now for the best part, everyone n my family feels these seats are more comfortable than the Palliser seats.

We went with Buttkickers in the seats. I was looking at less expensive alternatives, and Roman walked me through the differences of the products. For action films, it makes the movie more fun and engaging.

The seats also have cup holders that can keep your drink cool. We don't use this feature. It works, but we find the noise it generates a little distracting. It is a soft hum that you can hear during the quieter parts of a movie. For me, this is not a big deal. I did not see this feature on any other seat, but I suspect this would be a common issue of all seating systems with a drink cooler. Guests say "Wow!" but we really don't use it.

The seats are well made and very easy to put together. I think we had the 4 seats ready to go in under 30 minutes. As you put them together you see they are well constructed and smartly designed.

We have a dedicated theater room and bought these seats for the middle row. Normally it is jus the four of us watching a movie. We do have friends and family over as well. We are so happy with the comfort, features, build quality and value that we will be ordering another four seats for the back row.

With Roman, payment is made in advance. This was a bit of a leap of faith with someone I had not met personally. In speaking with him, I really had no worries. We had one small glitch, where one seat did not work. I explained to Roman that I had checked the connections, and all seemed right. He asked if I checked the connections in the main board under the console. We had watched "The Avengers" with the buttkickers up perhaps higher than they should have been. It was fun, but it also apparently shook one of the connections loose. I pressed it back in and everything worked again. If that had not worked, he was ready to send me what I needed to have the chair repaired. You can have confidence you are dealing with the right person.

Highly, highly recommended."

"Recently purchases theater seats (Berkline) from Ultimate Home Entertainment and I am delighted. The process was simply and the sales person took the time to listen to my needs and match them with the right seat. Purchasing furniture online can be challenging but Ultimate Home Entertainment made it easy. The pricing was excellent and I was able to purchase seven seats for the price I was quoted by competitors for four. The transaction was very professional and the communication regarding invoice, shipping and tracking was excellent. I will do business with this retailer again and recommend them to all who are in the market for home theater products."

"roman at ultimate home entertainment will take care of all of your home theater needs. i was looking to buy home theater seats and he held my hand through the whole process. the color and style i wanted was out of stock but he told me exactly when they would arrive and the arrived even earlier than expected. the chairs themselves are beautiful. excellent quality at a reasonable price. i would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!!"

"Roman was a pleasure to work with. He was always prompt with his replies and the chairs were as described. The controls are terrific and the leather is great. I had one issue where one of the chairs shipped without a tray table, though within a day, Roman had shipped a replacement tray table. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this vendor."
