Broke after a few uses, not UJToys' fault. After a lot of phone calls, finally was told to send it in for repair. Sent it in. Could not get any status on it. Was ping-ponged back and forth between customer service and repairs. Neither one would speak with the other. They have now had this car for 4 months and won't reply. Products ordered were not as expected and one product may have a defect as it just didn't perform at all like similar products. <br><br>Update 6-10-13<br>Contacted customer service as requested. Apologetic and requested me to return the item not working properly. Did so & in a few days received the same item back. Worked about one flight then malfunctioned again, different problem.<br><br>I currently own & fly at least six other helicopters; including two IR 2-channel 6" models, two 3-channel 11" RC models & two IR 3 channel (1 7.5" & 1 8") models. I purchased three additional models (all 3-channel IR)from UJToys, because they were on sale. One model I discovered had a bad battery as it only held a charge for about 3 minutes of flight time. Another model was advertized as being 11" but only measured 7" unless you add the blades radius. It does fly OK but was not what I thought I was ordering. (I've seen actual 11" models at mall). The third copter was malfunctioning from the start, and was the one returned.<br><br>Every one of my other helicopters were purchased from competitors & I have not had any trouble with any of them as far as operation. (I crashed one several times learning to fly 3-channel and it finally quit flying).<br><br>Personally, I will not purchase again from UJToys, even if their advertised prices are better than competitors.
