"I tried to order an amplifier (listed on the web site as available). Two days later a inquired about the status of my order and was told it's on a back order. I asked to cancel my order (their policy allowes that without penalty if item is backordered). I was sent an e-mail stating that my item has just shipped (tracking number was bogus). I explained that I wanted to cancel this order expecting they didn't ship it. They agreed to cancel it. However they cherged my credit card. It's on dispute now.Please avoid this place."
"i found a digital camera online that was hard to find elsewhere. Placed an order, received a tracking # that never worked so i called the company and they said that it was back ordered and that they had no idea when it would be available, but that they hadn't charged my credit card yet. Upon receipt of my credit statement I found that they had in fact charged my card and it posted 7 days previous to the day that they told me that the card was not charged. After that i couldn't get through to the company, my calls were not answered and the web site is down. I would never shop with them again, horrible experience and even worse customer service. They told me that they would call me back several times and they never did."
"Retailer shipped 1st item packaged in mfg box covered with paper, arrived damaged. Retailer shipped 2nd pkg weeks later after I had to return the original and wait for a fedex claim and this one never arrived, this was November. Now in January I am still attempting to get this resolved! BEWARE!"
"I was a little skeptical, but i knew that these guys have been selling online for more than a year so that made me a bit more comfortable. I was ordering a Rio S-50 for xmas 2003. Harmony Computers had one from Pricewatch's search for only $79 (impossible i thought, yup! - they cancelled my order and told me out of stock 2 days after i ordered.) However, here at USAVEGELT.com, i had to pay a little more and as I sent my order out i put a comment in the order box on their website saying, please let me know ASAP if this is not going to ship, as I was ready to cover my ass and buy elsewhere for much more later that weekend. The item was ordered the morning before Thanksgiving (I live on Long Island NY, they are in New York City - About 60 miles). The item arrived Friday afternoon by Fedex. That's 0-day turnaround folks. Priced as stated, delivered quickly, I have NO COMPLAINTS about this seller and will consider using them again in the future. But as always, read all the reveiws on ResellerRatings and decide for yourself who is lying and trying to fudge the reports. I hate this factor of buying as much as you, but I wanted to write this cause I had a good experience and hoped that it might help someone else who might be buying from this retailler.
