reply posted May-13-2013 “Thank you for your recent order with us. Flags and flagpoles come in a variety of sizes. The larger the flag, the taller a flagpole must be to accommodate it. Generally the length of the flag should be one third to one quarter the height of the flagpole. The 20ft pole purchased accommodates a 3x5ft to a 5x8ft flag. Although the 3x5ft US flag that comes with the 20ft pole is standard size. Please feel free to contact our customer service department at 877 734 2458 with any questions.”

"Flags were great, but the flag poles (1") seem to be missing a bottom clip such as is on the top of each of the three poles I purchased. I suppose I'm going to have to fashion some kind of clip on my own so my review won't be what it would have been if the poles had come with attachment points at both the top and the bottom. Because of this fact, the poles suck!"
